Greece will be hosting the diplomatic talks between The European State, Green Sun and Xeraph and his allies. We almost went to war and millions of lives would have been lost. These diplomatic talks will settle things between all the nations involved and build a better future. All diplomats must arrive in Athens, Greece at the New Athens Airport. From there a limo with your nation's flag on it will transport you to the conference room.

What should we name the Pact? And the resulting alliance?

I think peace has been declared. I will be sending The Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of the European State - Dr. Hans Blix to the proceedings, he will arrive at New Athens International Airport in EuroJet2 (the supersonic plane used by The Office of Foreign Affairs) in approximately 1 Hour. We also want to move for the motion that War against Hataria and planning stages begins immediately, therefore also attending the Conference will be Supreme Commander George Papendreou and his 3 Chiefs of Staff of The European Airforce (EAF), European Defence Force (EDF), and European Naval Force (ENF).

We would also like to take this time while in New Athens to speak with Emperor Nikolaos about possible arrangements for re-armement of my Ground Based Forces as well as the project known as 'Hellas VI (E)'.

The conference will take place in Athens, the capital city of Greece and the Hellenic Empire.

All of Our Dignatories have arrived at New Athens International Airport and are proceeding in the Limosuine to The Emperors Palace.

The Hellas VI (E) Fusion Bomb is the biggest breakthrough in high yield Nuclear Weapons for over 50 years, Emperor Nikolaos. It has approximately 270 Megatons (2700 Kilotons) explosive ability at its highest yied making it almost 9000 times more powerful than the bomb used at Hiroshima. Fusion works on the technique of joining atoms together as opposed to Fission which makes atoms split away. Fusion bombs are based on nuclear fusion where light nuclei such as hydrogen and helium combine together into heavier elements and release large amounts of energy. Weapons which have a fusion stage are also referred to as hydrogen bombs or H-bombs because of their primary fuel, or thermonuclear weapons because fusion reactions require extremely high temperatures for a chain reaction to occur. This latter name can be somewhat confusing, as thermonuclear reactions can take place in nuclear weapons which are not considered "true" fusion bombs. The Hellas VI (E) relies on an enriched Francium core (the radiation of which is kept stable by a strong magnetic field using 4 Strong Electromagnets within the bomb itself. These shut off when the explosion within the core is triggered - Incidentally this is the first time such as reactive substance as Francium has ever been used in a device of this kind, not to mention the extreme difficulties associated with our drive to produce enough of it.)

It is a tremendously powerful weapon capable of almost 890km of complete blast devastation as well as leading to an enhanced blast of ionized radiation (similar to that working on the principal of a Neutron Bomb) that can spread over a 2000km radius - along with bright photon radiation that can blind anyone within a 3500km radius. And a suspected theoretical casualty rate over the ionized area of almost 80%, quite simply, a 890km radius area would be completely and utterly destroyed, leading to almost 100% casulaties while the 3500km area would be devoid of most kinds of life within the instant the bomb was dropped (as Ionized radiation differs from fallout in the sense it is 'propelled' by the blast itself). Quite simply, the devastation resulting from the use of a weapon of this sort cannot be understated, The 'Hellas VI (E)' will not destroy a town, nor a city, nor a metropolis, nor even an entire province, it can destroy an entire country with just this one bomb.

Therefore, as we are forwarding all the experimental results and other data to your scientists via a secure channel as we speak, and our scientists are already on their way to your Nation, we must stress and urge you that now we actually have the possibility to produce what can only be described simply as 'the most destructive thing ever wrought in the Universe that we know of', that you must place every effort once the completion of this device in physical form is finished and it is put up for sale, that limit the right of certain nations to purchase one of these. Along with that we must also stress the only plane capable of carrying this device is a modified B52 (E) and that you will only allow purchase of this product under a minimum price of $100,000,000,000 (100 Hundred Billion Dollars). Therefore restricting access to opportunistic young nations.

We also urge you to work alongside our aeronautical scientists currently on their way to be dispatched at Emperor Nikolaos Aeronautical Research Facility to produce a plane capable of carrying this device, one that can be mass produced relatively easily as this will prove a bad selling point if there is not a plane that can be coupled with this weapon.

The weapon itself as it must show on the blueprints we forwarded, is almost 35 metres long and 5 metres wide, the biggest bomb that we know of.

Burnsian forces were about to respond before this conference was announced. Keep in mind that they are ready to go at any time. Now, how do you all suppose to solve this problem?"

The defeat of Al shabur al Shek was a necessary situation. These Islamic extremists have gotten out of hand. Xeraph usually ignores them, but this time they had to be dealt with.
Xeraph's policy of banning all Arabic/Islamic persons from Xeraph came about as a result of a minor incident concerning terrorism.
This policy has now been extended, and strengthened. There is a military marshall law policy in place in Xeraph now. There will be no more incidents like the one in the National Bank of a few days ago. Any Islamic persons found in Xeraph will be executed immediately.

Xeraph is grateful to all allies, and is especially grateful to TES and NTG for their restraint.

I agree with TBD, we need a Pact. Xeraph has been in the process of putting together an Alliance/Pact, called The Empire of One. This alliance would be on a scale similar to the NWO and the RWC. Each member is co-equal, each one has a vote.

The Pact/Alliance I'm thinking about is a large one, involving many nations/alliances. NWO and RWC, not to mention AMF and friends are getting too big not to have a counter-alliance in place.
