"The previous war taught us that submarines will dominate all. So, we figured if we constructed a battleship that could become a submarine and still act as a battleship it would be far more cheap to use 51inch rail guns to fire salvos at enemy coastal positions than fire missiles."
The Navy has plans to construct a massive fleet, also an underwater naval base for this fleet is to be constructed.
The Naval ship numbers are expected to skyrocket, this turn of events gives much needed jobs to the country's fragile econemy.
