In keeping with the semi-isolationist foreign policy of the Holy Empire of O-Badia, it has been decided to excavate a trench of considerable size circumnavigating our borders. Said trench will then be lined with concrete and filled with chemical waste to prevent incursion of a hostile party via ground attack into our lands. The chamical waste shall be contained within the cement to avoid environmental contamination, and shall be non-radioactive or biohazardous in nature. legal ingress to the Nation will remain possible via a network ofbridges and dykes to be held by the O-Badian National Guard.
As an effort to give assistance to struggling economies, the Clan Cheiftan and Tribal Elder O-Bad has elected to allow nations with a problematic unemployment rate to send labourers (conditionally) to O-badia where they shall be given employment.
Furthermore, The Holy Empire of O-Badia will be allowing, upon completion of the trence, the disposal of chamical waste deemed sutable from any nation who wishes to do so.
Conditions:
1. All migrant workers are to be preceded by a telegram from their home nation declaring their intent.
2. Migrant workers are to be employed on a temporary basis, and shall be released from empoyment upon the completion of the endevour.
3. Migrant workers are not to be awarded citizenship in teh Holy Empire of O-Badia except as can be obtained through proper diplomatic and civil channels.
4. All migrant workers are to be unarmed. Workers arriving on O-Badian soil while armed will be seen as an armed invasion from their home nation, and taken captive or killed.
5. Workers will be paid a standard wage of fifteen (15) O-Badian doubloons per hour, a total of fourty (40) hours per week.
6. Workers will be housed appropriatly in temporary work camps, and will be provided with all nessary ammeneties.
