Now lets assume he isn't, because this is a private TG between us. Ratheia wouldn't run away, and although I hope this can be solved diplomatically, I fear war may be unavoidable. We hope you reconsider, and that this will not explode into war.

We would request your permission to blockade just outside your international waters. We would allow merchant ships or other non-attack ships through, but would stand in between Hataria and Ratheia. This is in the name of peace. Hataria is our ally, and he won't attack us, therefore, with us in between the two of you, war can be avoided. Hataria's ships won't be let into Ratheia, and Ratheia's ships won't be let out to attack Hataria. I say again, merchant ships, or fishing ships would be allowed. If this does not seem acceptable, we can negotiate.

President Zaitsev sighed and out his head in his hands.

"I knew it. I swear to god, i knew it."

He uttered a laugh and turned to his assembled Field Marshals and Admirals. The room was spartan, and there was nothing on the walls except for assorted large pointy objects that Medieval men liked to stab each other with. The room was round in shape, and the large round table was surrounded by flickering screens showing Ratheia in all it's military splendor.
Field Marshal Zharin was the first to comment.

"Sanctaphrax has offered us a blockade from Hatarian ships. I say we take it, buy us some time. Hataria will be attacking most likely with his unusually massive fleet again, so it may be useful for us. On the other hand we could..."

He was cut off suddenly by Admiral Veliki who was known for his aggressive tactics.

"I say we get Communist Louisiana and our other firneds and allies and have us a roast. Hataria has fucked with our country for way too long, and I say we cripple them once and for all. Either that, or kick their asses and sanction them to hell. As for Sanctaphrax, we shall accept their offer. However, our military needs to be mobilized on the double."

Field Marshal Tath smiled.

"I have that covered, good sir. AWACS are up and running and our fleet is fueled and ready."

They sat in silence for a minute, pondering this new development in their daily lives, and suddenly burst out laughing as one. There was a bit of chat about the previous Hatarian encounters and about some of the ridiculous maneuvers that Barbarossa and his Generals had employed. Oh, good times it was.

We feel that this is a bad plan. Ours is good, because Hataria will not attack our ships because we're allies. You, you're enemies, so he'll attempt to blow a hole in your ships and sail through. If he so much as tries attacking my ships, I will help Ratheia.

Frankly, I we are entirely sick of Hataria. He attacks nations that we helped when they were first founded and nations that we have very close ties to. There was a whirr noise and a strange sort of click as the Sunburn System sprung into life. All across Ratheia's coast the air ,sea, and ground defenses began preparing for an all out attack.

The Sunburn Systems would be there for the ships.

The S Class was there for every aircraft on the market.

The TOS-1 would slaughter anything that even touched Ratheian soil.

The dormant giant that was Ratheia sprung into life, with troops moving into concenrated positions near the shores, evacuations of citizens into the safehouses, and the usual preparation for an attack. All across the vast oceans the Ratheian submarines prepared for an SLBM laucnh that would devastate Hataria forever.

ICBM's prepared for launch at a moment's notice.

Aircraft scrambled into the air and scoured Ratheian skies for enemies.

And yet, as it is always before the coming of a great storm, everyone waited...

With War with Ratheia ready to start any time soon, every Civilian Mobilized to help their Nation win the upcoming war, Building Ships, Planes, Tanks and other weapons of war.

Kids started Can Drives to help show Ratheia that Hataria was going to destroy them, in fact Kids in Hataria are singing this tune.

The communist nation of Muru announces it's full support for the comrades in Louisiana, as well as Ratheia. Although we will not take place in any aggressive action, we will help you defend against any Hatarian naval force.

Hard economic times had hit Muru since the last Hatarian war. The governemtn coudn't spare the funds to marshall an air/sea/land force like it did in the first and second hatarian wars, but it still managed to deploy the 8th Wolfpack fleet to the battle zone.

lol, wow. I cant beleive there are still people willing to roleplay with Hataria. And don't let my pop count fool you. I was one of the first to role play, and try to help him learn to role play. But, I applaude those trying to help, and I look forward to seeing Hataria improve his roleplaying (hopefully.)

As Ratheia is a member-state of the Socialist Alliance Community, the Soviet State of Hrstrovokia is more than willing to aid our brethern in any manner possible. As I speak, An-124s of the Transport Wing based at Sekula AFB are preparing to load shipments of armanents, food and medical supplies which will be transported to Ratheia daily, pending the Ratheiasian governments consent.

Should the political, social, economic and territorial integrity of Ratheia come under assault, the Soviet State of Hrstrovokia, as well as the 14 member-states of SocAlComm are obliged to defend their comrades-in-arms.

As you all know, after the last conflict between Hataria and Ratheia ended, Communist Louisiana has an operating military base within Ratheia. As you can see, we have a nice size force here in Ratheia due to the previous conflict and due to this being the only base we have in this section of the world. We have many troops that can be sent to reinforce the current numbers as well as submarines. We would be more than happy to allow foreign ships supporting Ratheia to make themselves at home here at the Dufour Military Base during this conflict if Ratheia has no problum with it.

The Hatarians Prepeare for any Invasion Force, Mosty Communist Louisiana's Invasion Force. Cannons, Missile Launchers and Troops are on the Beaches, ready to Defeand the Homeland from the Evil Communists who what to destroy all Hatarians.

As Delegates and Representatives of SocAlComm member-states trickle into the capital of Belgrade to discuss intervention in Ratheia, President & General Secretary Sean Matthews hastily summons a conference of the Joint-Chiefs of Staff to the Belgrade Fortress, the Presidential residence of Matthews. The Joint-Chiefs of Staff consist of :

All were present for the conference, some taking their sits at the last seconds as Matthews began his address. "I have asked you all here today, because as you may know, our ally Ratheia is under attack. As a member of SocAlComm, we are sworn to assist our comrades. Therefore, to meet that promise, I propose that the HAF BattleGroup Liberation, currently occupying Crete, be withdrawn and prepare for deployment elsewhere as the major component of ResFor."

The atmosphere suddenly plummeted several degree's as those around the table appeared uneasy, angry and dissapointed. The invasion of Crete had already caused a state of war to be in effect between Hrstrovokia and Presgreif, though it was turning to be mostly a phoney war. Neither side had yet to launch an attack.

Now, Crete would be abandoned, but considering what was it stake, Crete wasnt worth the trouble of vexing Presgreif. If Hrstrovokia were to prove it's committment to SocAlComm, annexing peaceful islands in the middle of the Mediterranean wouldnt be on the list.

"I am aware what it cost us to land on Crete, but I assure you that the expansion of the Soviet State should be the smallest item on our agenda, the support of the socialist regime in Ratheia is paramount. Should they fall in battle, SocAlComm will prove just to be another paper tiger, another League of Nations."

"We must make contact with Ratheia and see what can be done."

ooc: ill make an IC post some time tommorow or early in the weekend. I'm starting finals weeks in school and have about 3 projects due next week.

Satellites overhead, Dommar class Spy Satellites to be exact, watched over the troublesome nation of Hataria. The eve of another war seemingly edged closer as the war mongering nation once more attempting to amass its power and push weight. Schultaria Prime designed and made satellites let their man-made eyes take note of all that occured,of ships prepping, of land forces on the move, of aircraft in the air attempting to provide defense for the coming conflict, and of defenses overall taking form.

Dommars also monitored the goings of Ratheia, though not out of suspicious or malicious planning but out of curiosity and slight concern. Review of the received data, as well as data from other sources would prove though that concern wasn't needed. Unneeded due to the nation's force as well as the ammount of support it was receiving.

A matter of between three and four hours after receiving the data, the Soviet Intelligence Bureau had already organized a review of the situation and possibilities of how the arising conflict could arise. It had also managed to brief the Premier of the event. Plans were now being set in motion.

Plans being the deploying of naval forces within the Gulf/Carribean region in defense of, by some ungodly chance, a strike of somesort by Hatarian surface or submersible forces. Wolfpacks of Brutus class fast attack subs as well as surface ships developed and produced by Hamptonshire-based defense corporations.

Aircraft too were to be put into the air to search and protect the skies from any possible (though unlikely) offensives. Lightning Stryke Industries designed Sheols and Abbaddons as well as EB-15 "Arkbirds" in AWACS configuartions. Nothing had to be stated other than a contacting/notifying the Communist Louisianan government as to what they were doing. It was predictable that it'd be acceptable with little to no problems.

Aid/Support wise C-5s and C-17s were being loaded with foodstuffs and medical aid. As loading took place, a telegram was already in the works for the Ratheian government requesting permission.

Lastly was the offensive side of things. Offensive-wise aircraft were being prepped for long range strikes against Hataria. The aircraft? Hyland-Nikolaas EB-15 "Arkbirds". Sixty to be exact from First and Second Offensive Airforces. A single aircraft had the weapons payload of two hundred sixty-fve thousand (265,000) pounds be it munitions or unmanned vehicles. With that said and the standard weight of a single AGM-86 cruise missile being three thousand, two hundred fifty (3,250) pounds...one would only have to do the math to know what would be in store. This would be the one that would take the most contact. Contact would have to be made to discuss what targets others wanted strikes on.

OOC: Hataria, I've a suggestion: Attempt to RP like you're writing a story. I dunno if you simply can't or simply enjoy doing one liners but...yub. It'd make things entertaining/more interesting. Plus there's a problem when you state you're sending a fleet to engage in combat with Muru forces yet add no detail of if you're even firing or simply charging to look pretty then when asked if you are you simply state "We Open fire".

Also, if you could...make a map with your cities, something for us to look to when it comes to info.

As to others...yes, I'm bored and my military has never actually been used so...yub. A simple strike should be something to appease a few people.

On the desk in front of him are ten satellite pictures from the second Hatarian war. One is a picture of Hataria’s capital before the first attack of USWA's bombers and another one is the after picture of the capital. The capital look like it was a wasteland. The worst one is the one of Hataria’s big cities after 1.6 million pound of Napalm was drop on it.

++all of this happened when the hatarian fleet was still a few hours away. the subs are going to wait on the bottom, in full stealth mode. There are sonar/rader jamming pods deployed in the water to make it so the hatarians will have a damned hard time figuring out where to deploy their depth charges++

OOC: Ok Hataria, reasonable troops. Unfrotunately, it takes time to deploy troops. I assume they could reach the Muru fleet in about 48 hours from being given the order to prepare, maybe more. Other than that, well, maybe cut out the frankly childish insults, they lower the quality of the posts. Also, simultaneously declaring war on CL, Muru and Ratheia, possibly not a great idea. Other than that, well done so far. I'm keeping my eye on this conflict.

They started loading supplies, and as the men climbed aboard, they took their time, saying tearful farewells to loved ones, getting a last picture of Sanctaphrax. Slowly, the Flagship SNS Stormhornet pulled out of the harbour, and one after the others the ships pulled out. As soon as they were in deep water, they went into a defensive formation, with the Saar corvettes protecting the larger Illyana Vassilea carriers, with the SNS Stormhornet at the front. Within 48 hours they should reach the edge of Ratheian waters.

Fleet One

Ok.......a normal carrier takes 7000 people to arm, man, supply, etc etc. Since these are super carriers, multiply that by 1.5. Roudning to 10,000 each.
Carriers: 30,000 people

Crusers are 700 each, you have 7.
Crusers: 4900

Attackk subs are 125 each, you have 10.
Subs: 1250

Battleships are 500 each, you have 6.
Battleships: 3000

Destroyers are 400 each, you have 9.
Destroyers: 3600

TOTAL: 42,750 combat personel

Since your other fleet is larger, multiply that total by 2.5 for both fleets.

106,875 people JUST INVOLVED IN COMBAT. It takes half-again that much to keep a fleet supplied in internatiol waters, so that's 160,312 people JUST TO KEEP THE SHIPS A FLOAT. Plus another 300k troops, and THEIR supplies. Plus all the ships needed to haul that heavy armor. Plus all the tankers needed to fuel those heli's and tanks. Plus food. And throw into account the fact that your fleet wasn't prepped to head for Muru so they don't have prior warning.

If you threw your entire millitary infrastructure behind such an attack, you MIGHT be able to scrable it in 2 or 3 weeks. Not on a moments notice.
