"Thank you, thank you. Ladies and gentelmen, foriegn dignitaries, members of the press, military advisors and other guests, may I present to you, the all new ArchAngel Infantry Combat System."
The stage fades to black, a bright spotlight illuminates a blue and white figure, his back turned to the . Master Sgt. Moore executes a perfect about face, and the audience is in shock, oohs, ahhs and sushes are heard as the sergeant brandishes his sidearm, and then removes his primary weapon from his shoulder.

"The 8-Layer, Pressurized ArchAngel Armor System offers the soldier who wears it, full tactical situational awareness, protection from common fragmentry and projectile weapons and fire, NBC protection, protection against extreme tempuratures and submersion in water, protection from falling, bumps or melee attacks, improved traction and strength, improved healing, and is invaulable on todays dynamic battlefield. We expect to convert 100% of our Infantry forces to this system within 5 years. Testing is complete, this is not a prototype, this is the production model. I will now take a few questions."
"Would that suit not be extremly heavy and near impossible to wear during extended periods of combat without having the wearear pass out from exhaustion? Please, explain." Asked the Alexian delegate.
"I'm glad you asked that, allow Sgt Moore to demonstrate"
The crowd gasps as MSGT Moore gets arunning start and jumps off of the stage (which is about 20 feet off the ground) and lands on his feet. He turns around and darts up the stairs, jumping 5 stairs at once.
The ArchAngel system features a much improved and compactversion of the American Exo-Skeleton system. This compensates for the weight, and in fact the whole suit feels like it weighs less than cotton underwear beacuse of it. It also improves speed and reduces damage that would be sustained when falling.
A Military Advisor from Anagonia, dressed in a Military Uniform, stood to ask a question on behalf of his government.
"Greetings, I'm Colonel Richards from Anagonia, and I wish to ask a quick question." He cleared his throat, then started, "As we have seen, this is indeed an interesting suit, one capable of much admiring from the many nation seeing such potential from the Phoenix Militia's engineering capabilities. However, on behalf of current Anagonian Military Research, I am forced to ask if this suit could take a direct attack from a, shall we say, heavy projectile or any other type of weapon."
"Information on exact penetration is CLASSIFIED!, However I can inform you that the 9mm Parabellum, NATO 5.56mm round and Russian 5.45 and 7.62mm rounds are ineffective against this armor, vital areas are virtualy impervious to those standard rounds.
"If the wire systems would have to be advanced, how can you stop the system from collapsing after a major wire is disconnected? Would that not cut all power from the suit?" All the time he spoke in a voice that betrayed his longing to touch it.
"If any of the major electric lines are cut, the soldier is going to have to worry about alot more than having no power. Since the power source and distrubution is buried deep under 7 layers, if it were cut most likely his body would have also suffered several deep penetrating wounds." replied Seville.

More information has been obtained on the Arch Angel system.
Through the Freedom Of Information Act, Phoenix World News Channel 69 obtained patent information on the system and its composition!!!!
