John Otto, Soverign ruler of Jeorgia takes the podium in a nationwide press conference.
"Fellow countrymen, after the loss of the war, our country has been swallowed up in petty rebellions. The terrorist group known as the NJO has presented itslef to be the greatest threat to Jeorgia's National Security.
I have taken a radical decision, this to prove that as a nation we still have what it takes to control these criminals, and to make an example of these captured prisoners, so that others may be deterred from starting petty and pointless rebellions."
The video shows hundreds of captured prisoners in prisons as he continues to speak
"In a military raid of their installations, we have managed to capture three hundred active operatives of the NJO. Their cowardly leader killed himself as he saw us coming.
These three hundred people shall be publicly executed, their actions are held at the highest degree of treason and will recieve the proper punishment."
