Federation of Pushka, the rising nation
Federation of Pushka is a nation governed by a single dictator. His name is Ivan V. Mishin. The elections, even with just a single party running, are outlawed. Regardless of the hardship of every day life in Pushka, its citizens have a great sense of patriotism. They love their dictator, because he was smart enough to develop a mass propaganda system which works perfectly fine, plus the secret police he has in his service which take out any unhappy citizens. Their tradition and culture have been developing for more then a thousand years, and now they are ready to emerge as one of the great nations of this earth. This gov't uses a draft system for its military, everyone male from ages 18-32 has to serve atleast two years in the military. Pushka's capitol and the richest and largest city is the city of Moscovi. Countrie's best university MGU is located in that city, most research facilities and army bases are located just a few kilometers outside of the capitol. Second richest city is Vladimir, it is a great navy base, countrie's eastern fleet is located here. Psevostopol is a city there nation's airforce and western naval fleet is located. Nation's military is currently developing to reach new hieghts. For now Pushka's foreign policy is generaly peaceful, but if the mood of Ivan changes then the policy changes.

Those five year plans are basically put in place for two reasons. One create jobs and insure that economy prospers and poverty is limited. Two protect the rising nation incase of possible confrontations with rogue states which might wish to dominate us. My people are strong, they will fight to the death, but they wouldn''t have to die if they had guns and other weapons instead of shovels, kitchen knives and wood axes.
