This corporation would finance and purchase companies as well as large chunks of world established companies. The company would also provide guidance and personal financing to up and coming businesses and governments. Thoughts?

OOC:This company will transform into one Mega Company, that will monopolize the world economy and have the exact opposite effect on businesses. I suggest you scrap the idea.

Well the honest truth is I don't want it to become a Mega Company. I want it to have influence on how decisions are made in the world. The company would have a Board of Directors so it there would be a Democratic Decision on everything.

OOC: Well, lets think about this. If you allow a company to buy and own large chunks of the world's businesses, your going to allow them to produce a huge volume of products at a very low cost. When other companies would try to compete, this Mega-Company would employ the Wal-mart tactic on them (that is to undersell their products at a very low price, so that the other companies couldnt compete).

Furthermore, the WTO (World Trade Organization) performs many of the tasks that your Mega-Company would control.

OOC: Lachenburg is sort of right. The WTO handles a hell of a lot of things. But, only a limited amount of nations are members. And almost none (exept Drum Gods) are exceptionally well known.
