O-Badia

A small horn shaped speaker high atop a pole on the corner of Spruce and second blares to life.
"My fellow citizens of O-Badia. We exist in a corrupt and outrageous world. Nations rage against nations. War begets war. Our nation is proud, but young and it is painfully evident that we could not survive long in a open conflict against a superpower be it military or economic in nature. As a result I, O-Bad, the Clan Cheiftan and Tribal Elder, have enacted a limited isolationist policy for our beautiful nation. We shall surround ourselves with allies, and place a deep gulf between ourselves and potential enemies. To this end our nation shall pilgramage from our ancestral home in the South Pacific, to the hereto unknown land of Caronport. Here we shall start anew with our allies, and be free of the corruption of this mmoral world. Heil O-Badia! Long May She Stand!!"
As the horn goes silent, the people of O-Badia replace its roar with one of their own...
Heil O-Badia! Long May She Stand!!"
