CONSTRUCTIVE critisism apreciated

Hi,

A quick reason for me to be doing this:

I used to play on NS a while ago, and i then decided to return.

So i made this nation and revived one of my old ones(hotdogs2). When i used to RP before i left i found it was great fun when there were around 3nations, and those nations kept the rules of RP, didnt GODMODE etc.

My idea/s:

I returned and find that there is still a problem with n00bs and so on, and ive decided that so nations who can should be able to enjoy it. So here is my idea,

A database of Good RPers, if you are on the list then you can see who else is in your class of RP, and so you can be SURE you wont be RPing and trying to have fun only to be extremely annoyed.

For this to work there would have to be several judges, not only to see what category you should be put in but also, if nations involved so wish, to hold trials to see if something is godmoding or not.

These are only prelimanary ideas, and there are several issues and problems with this idea, some being:
"Who should be the judges?"
"Who, and what would be the rules?"
"How would you cope if this idea worked and you had many cases on your hands?"

etc, the list goes on(feel free to add to it, i need to think this though more)

Although these ideas need to be finalised(a lot!) and more nations need to be involved i think that it could improve several nations experiances of NS RPing a lot.

the main ideas of this are not to list who is a noob and who should be ignored but to let people know that members of this are good RPers, and will go by the rules listed in the stickies on RP

What do you mean exactly? Im afraid i dont get it... :headbang:

I think it's a bad idea. You'd have to make categories. How do you define those?
Also, how do you decide in what category one is supposed to be? You'll have to read multiple RPs to get a fair judgement on someone.
It will takes hours and hours and hours even if you have 10 judges. You can't let 1 judge decide on how good a certain player is, it wouldn't be fair. This would also affect your credibility.
If a player is ranked a bit low (or lower than who he/she RPs with) he will be taken less seriously in his RPs, which is no good.

My point is, it'll just be inpracticle and a waste of time.
