The nation of Robaria has recently found that it's forces are not well versed in many types of combat, and knows nothing about others! This is not acceptible to the Robarian government, so they have decided to seek other nations help training their troops. Of course, the gernment would pay, the more training needed, the higher the cost. The Robarian government would also provide their troops room and board, pay for any ammunition or food used, and any other appropriate item. Nations that take up this offer will also be remembered, and war will not be declaired on them unless they attack first.
The amount we are willing to pay for each training is as follows:
Marine (undersea): $30 Billion
Jungle/Dense Woodland: $25 Billion
Mountain: $35 Billion
Gurella Tactics: $40 Billion
Plus all training costs.

We can easliy take care of your Jungle/Dense Woodland, Mountain, and Gureilla Tactics training needs. We have experince in these types of training operations and have several facilites already built which could be used.

Top members of the TPM military will be instructing your troops.

By my calculations that equals about $100 Billion. Money will be sent immediatly. How many troops are you willing to train? What will the additional total cost be?

I will train your troops. I will send 100 Delta Force Operators to help you men become SF soldiers, in exchange to become my ally.

As many men as you have, we can train them.(in groups of 5,000-10,000 at a time preferably)

Due to our Mountainous climate, the Confederacy of Lachenburg is capable of employing soldiers that are very well trained in Arctic/Mountain Environments.

For the $35 billion USD, along with training costs of 600 million USD a month. We will send 5000 Military advisers to train your forces in the finer points of:

- Arctic Combat
- Survival in Cold Climates
- The maintenance and repair of Weapon Systems in a Cold Climate
- Unconventional Warfare in the Arctic

I cannot provide underwater training, but I would be perfectly willing to aid in training your elite infantry. My Blackguards are highly skilled in all aspects of combat. The only cost of this training would be for supplies, plus an additional 5 billion USD. Also, regardless of whether of not you accept the training proposal, I would be interested in setting up an embassy in your country and forming an allegiance.

We have the jungles of Panama ad Nicaragua as well as the Everglades.
We also have the Mountians of Montanna, Idaho and Alaska to train thier troops.

He is only looking for underwater training I believe.

Although I have multiple people offering to train my people, I will accept them all. The Robarian military wants their soldiers to be as well trained in as many forms combat as possible, and I think we rightly assume that each nation has some different tactics to offer.

By the way, some things to keep in mind:

I will not attack you if you train my troops, unless you attack first. Using your own kindness in training my troops against you would be very, well, mean.

I will accept all requsts for embassies in my country, whether you want one of my embassies in your country is up to you.

I want underwater training, but it looks like no-one has a program yet. I assume I will have to create my own. If anyone is interested, please tell me.

As of using my land, I'm not so sure. If you look up Robaria, one of the first things you will notice is that it's on an orbital space station, which is also one of the reasons I need this training. Don't worry about tech incompatability, we are about 2055.
