In a brief statement made by the Eternal Dragons, Sephoto Bloodlust had this to say.

"For to long we have avoided contacts within Europe....And perhaps because of this is why are economy is slightly suffering.......Seeing this we would like to propose a trade deal with the nation Black-Tower....A pact would also be deemed appropriate...."

Although Blacktowers economy is far from struggling, we are very interested in a Trade pact of some sorts. please lay out the details that you wish to put forth and we shall have our Minister of Foreign trade review them and make any alterations that may be needed. It is in out best interest to extend our circle of trade outside that of Europe.
