Treaty to End Global Warming:

As King MacDonald, I reserve the right to change this at any time. All members must follow changes, don't worry, nothing drastic.


1. Carbon emmissions will be reduced in all automobiles by 5% over the next year.
2. Dumping of untreated waste will be outlawed.
3. Use of Fertilizers, as they harm the enviroment, will be reduced by 25% over the next three years.

Curtis, I will only use starvation, not direct murder, for starvation will convince the liberal nations to give their precious food supplies on the starving people. We could always try to use a blight to wipe out their crops, then sell our "limited" supplies to them at exhorbant prices.

Most dissenters are blown off as "nutjobs", "communists", or "Anarchists". We could always reinstitute slavery afterwards, and allow our soldiers a pick at their slaves first. In a recent poll, 85% of the country favored a new world order with Kahta and Decisive Action as the leaders. However, when asked what to do with non-whites, the responses were: 35% Kill them, 50% Imprison them, and 15% enslave them. Roger, I like the third option we can keep them in camps, and work, so that our whites don't need to work.

To no great surprise, East Canada won't be signing this. Our environmental regulations are already sufficient.

Guillermo Vicente nodded as he finished reading the new treaty. "Hmm, it might be good. Let me confert with the duke, first." After the elected duke agreed, he proceeded to write a letter.

The Grand Duchy of Yafor 2 would like to join you in this treaty. It is a good idea, as golbal warming is contaminating the earth. However, the duchy would like to only have to follow these rules for one month, to see what it is like, and to see how it is recieved in Yafor 2.
