Greetings from Fantasia. In particuliar the Emperor of Joshui.

We in the empire our preparing to put in to motion a Fusion/Fission reactor. We require the help of many others in the Inl. community. we have recruited the best minds in fantasia from both the Republic of Samblin, and the Queendom of ELKaville. We ahve our best scientist and engineers into a think tank in the Pytherian passes. We would be most honored if other nations would be willing to contribute both scientist and capital to fund this new project. The assest gain will soon grossley out weight the capitla lost in this project. With Fusion Fission reactors, you will only need one to power about half of a fair size country of 10 million. with fusion and fission reactor it also means a clean renewable source of neverending energy. Finally with Fusion/Fission engines both military and civilian travel will be greatly adavncded. Quite possiblty to the point of space travel, and he achievment of the 6th level of civilization: The Plasma Age. If you are willing to help us, your contribution woul;d be greatly appreciated.

As a nation, you should not even be pursuing anything related to nukes until you had over 100,000,000 people. Then, you shouldn't be attempting this until you had at least 200,000,000. But if you want high-powered, skip that and go for antimatter reactors. They are far more powerful.

Actually, Fusion and Fission are not nuclear reacions but sub nuclear because it is the splitting and reformation of atoms. If it was stright Fusion then it wiould be classified as stright nuclear and not sub. But i do see you point in needing a bigger population, thats why my region is dedicated to it and not just my country. Besides it would be hard to jump to Antimatter concepts without understanding everything in the Nuclear age first. its like soilders in the 12th century going stright from Bows and Arrows to M16's and Dragon missile launchers.
