Greetings from the Emperor,
We here in the Empire of Joshui of the Fantasia region wish to seek a new form of energy. Scientist from the nations that make up Fantasia, have been seeking to possibly begin construction of fusion/fission reactors. We require support from the intl. community, and in return we will be willing to share the fruits of our labors. The Emperor hasd stressed deeply the need for new resources for renewable rescources are to be protected and treasured by our children. With Fuison/fission reactors it may be possible to achieve space flight. With that we may be able to colonize new planets. Once again it will take vast resources to achieve these goals.
