Your Defence Budge is used to buy and maintain the armed forces for your nation. With no money in that particular part of your budget, it means that your nation has no military. Threatening other nations like this will only make you a terratory of a larger, stronger nation. I suggest you wait till you have a Defence Budget, buy some weapons, ships and air craft for your military before threatening others with invasion.

Also - The Dominion of Cavenickia is not even a member of the United Nations - so why should they have to comply with UN Resolutions?

As a Sovrign Member of the United Nations, it is my Duty and Responsibility to see that other member nations of the United Nations do not embark on wars without telling the reasons. If they are constantly launching invasions into your nation then thats a reason. If they are just spreading rumors about your nation, or talking not-so-kindly about your nation, then that is not a reason. You must show evidence of the trechery that they have done in order for the International Community and other Member Nations of the United Nations that your intentions are rightious ones and not false ones. Please dispel your reasons for going into this conflict, and maybe you will recieve help from nations that are better suited to dispose of this threat to humanity.

OOC: Shazbotdom, not to force my way into this situation, but leave them be. They want to have a conflict....let them. They may not RP quite as well as others, but if people keep intervening like this, they will never learn. The one thing that limits the number of good RPers we have on this site is the fact that newbies are all too often confused with n00bs, and if we keep doing this NS will never have any new RPers....These could be the future of RPing on NS. OOC: No money set in defence budge means no defence. Government waste, in my oppinion, can only be used to to purchase equipment, not run your military. Spy planes and spy satelites cost a heap load of money that your nation cannot afford. Plain and simple.
