"What if we started taking children and raising them from birth to fight? We'd be able to make them completely immune to propaganda, psychological warfare, and demoralisation. Not only would that stop the crying new recruits, it'd also give us a powerful military edge. People may not like giving up their kids, but that's why we run the country. We know better." all children will be inducted into the armed forces and geneticly modified into super soldiers.

OOC: Actually, I think he pasted this on from the NS daily issues, as this is really oddly familiar to me. I got the military training issue just yesterday, and incidentally picked this option. It did double my military budget though :D

ic: We too have pased simmilar legislation in The Phoenix Milita. At one point there was a specialized academy, foriegn run that we sent several children to. The results were mixed.
By starting our own program we hope to improve upon the concept and produce sldiers with higher levels of discipline.
Perhaps we could excange advisors and compare notes?

(edit: And I have rped the purchase of genetically modified soldiers from nations more advanced than me. Of course, my nation has its own research specialty.)
