The Sultan attends a meeting of his black legion to tell of coming war. He was dress in the Black Legion robes of all black uniform. He had a double blade sword that dated back to the first sultan of Ottoman Empire.

Thought out the Ottoman Empire the army was being call up for the war. Divisions from the west were being sent to the East Half of the empire in order to have enough troops to fight the Chinese. It will take up to Dec.11 for all Ottomans forces in the campaign to be ready for war.
