It is raining outside Lord JWolf's window in his office in Black Wolf Castle (Think of Count Dracula's castle in Van Helsing) in Neo Wolf Falls, Texas on the Dark Planet. Lightning was all around the castle.

I, Lord JWolf, am asking for a non-aggression pact with the Galactic Empire.
This NAP will mean that you cannot enter Wolf America's space without asking first and that my ships cannot enter Galactic Empire members' space without asking first.
I'm doing this because there is no reason to fight with y'all anymore.
Come to Wolf XXX to sign the NAP between us.
Bring one ship to the outside of the system and stay 5,000 miles away from the system.
Send a shuttle to Black Wolf Castle's hanger bay.
Only bring only two guards with you in the shuttle.

He stood up most intrigued by the propposal. Even though Kaminos had just risen from the ashes it was well aware of the massive array of intergalactic polotics in play.

Sadly the time has long passed where the tides of war cannot simply be washed away by the request of a small non-aggression pact. Your nation initiated an act of war upon the Galactic Empire with no provocation or reason. You military forces are responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Imperial service men and woman not to mention the cost of the destroyed fighters and star destroyers.

Instead of a non-aggression pact the Galactic Empire invites you to send an envoy to Coruscant where we can begin negotiations regarding your reparations towards the Empire and withdrawal from the Republic. We wait your ambassadors arrival. In the meantime until a treaty is achieved a state of war will still exist between the Empire and the individual state of Wolf America.

First of all, My fleet was engaged with Chronosia's Fleet during that battle.
After my flagship was major damaged, I order my fleet to take off and go back to Wolf XXX.
I lost over 250,000 people on my flagship alone.
Plus, no star destroyer were destroy by us.

Second, Wolf America was never part of the Republic.

The shuttle close the airlocks and undock with the huge ship.

Then took off back to the Dark Planet. It will take five mins. to get there.

After five mins, the shuttle in docking spot 01. The back hatch was opened and two men, from the Blood Unit, waited for their guests in the hanger.

OOC: They are tall. They are almost to big to walk in the hallway of Black Wolf Castle. The height of the hallway are 24 feet tall.

Lord JWolf has order the WASF Nemo I to be ready in a hour for VIPs. Plus, he has order the Royal Bodyguard Elites & the Blood Unit to meet him in the hanger.

After 30 mins, Lord JWolf was in the hanger. He saw the shuttle that the Zircon Hive Master use to get to the planet.

"Zircon Hive Master, I'm Lord JWolf. Welcome to the Dark Planet." said Lord JWolf as he look up at the Zircon Hive Master. "But, some of your allies want to meet in neutral space. So, we are meeting aboard the [i]WASF Nemo I[i]. This shuttle will take you there. See you there."

Lord JWolf's Sith fighter was ready to take him to the WASF Nemo I. The four DS-314 Storm Hawk Light Dropships are ready to take the the Royal Bodyguard Elites & the Blood Unit to the WASF Nemo I.

After talking with the Zircon Hive Master, Lord JWolf got into his Sith fighter and took off to the WASF Nemo I. Followed by four DS-314 Storm Hawk Light Dropships and the Atlantic cargo shuttle.

It took five mins. to get to the WASF Nemo I, with Lord JWolf's Sith fighter and the four DS-314 Storm Hawk Light Dropships in their own pritive docking bay. The Atlantic cargo shuttle landed into the VIPs docking bay.

Lord JWolf and the Royal Bodyguard Elites & the Blood Unit head to the meeting room.

The WASF Nemo I head outside the system. 20 Jem'Hadar Attack Ships & 4 Titan Class Battle Barges & 6 D'Kora Marauders formed around it on the outside of the system.

Plus, I did try to talk to you. I sent TMs and E-mails plus I try to talk to you on the GE board. But you never answer me.
