I always wanted to have an old fashioned battle when men use to march accross a field and shoot each other up with muskets.Soldier of the period (http://www.national-army-museum.ac.uk/images/2.19.jpg).
If you have too then heres your chance. The rules are this:
1) Choose any nation form the 19th century(1800's) and then show what weapons your planning to use. I suggest this Link (http://www.19thcenturyweapons.com/europageflintper.html).
2) You may have up to 2,000 infantry, split into whatever kind of orginization you can come up with, and you get 500 calvary, and 10 cannon.
3) no other weapons or units from other time periods
4) if you are attacking someone and you suddenly get rained upon by lead then you must take a reasonable amount of casualties.
5)try to be fair
6) have fun
Once we have all slots taken up I will create a new thread and show how all these forces came to one place, and give a short story line. Also come up with a general to command your men as well. If you can think of your own instead of picking one from history then thats awsome.
