The Emperor sat watching the TV screen as Aust announced its resignation from the RWC:
"And so the domino tips,"he muttered to himself before barking,"Minister! Proceed!"
Down the corridor a tall, beared man dressed smartly in a suit and overcoat carried a set of notes out to waiting crowd of journalists:
Errhemm!
Minister Cesar coughed before beginning slowly:
"Today the Empire must announce its resignation from the Right Wing Collective due to conflicting interests. We have our immediate alliegance to GDODAD and many long term respected allies who are in conflict with the RWC."
He paused momentarily.
"We saw this alliance as a conduit for expansion and further resonance of the Imperial way. An alliance that would be active and expansive from the right wing spectrum. However, it has proved not so. Consequently, we must withdraw from this alliance and continue with our existing alliance."
"GDODAD has always been a part of our foreign policy and always will be. We intend to maintain this bond within the alliance and see this as the only way."
"Thank you."
The journalists all suddenly erupted with an array of flash photography and questions but alas they found themselves speaking to fabric as Minister Cesar turned around and re-entered the Imperial Parliament.
