=====Underground complex in the Eternal Dragons capital of P'YongYang======
Several members of the government converged across the rounded wooden table, their faces of a usual depressed nature. After the arrival a short interval occurred, as many people ravaged through various documents located across the table, whilst others silently bickered among each other. However this was soon cut short by the mono-toned speech of Kim Jong Il's predecessor, the adopted son Sephoto Bloodlust.
"Hello comrades today we address current issues of our empire that require much attention........." A pause followed before the silver-haired warrior talked once more, in his usual cold mono-toned voice.
"As you all know...It has been a few years now since the great Kim Jong II retired...resulting in his adopted son to take over which is me of course....Now with a brief history lesson I must say that i faced many challenges ahead of me....Which at the time critics though that I was only some old general who served in Vietnam at a young age....However as things went I was lucky as a number of things happen which I shall briefly mention..
1. Due to the appointment of a new government the U.S and the united nations opened its doors once again...Resulting in huge economic and military aid to the nation in return for a reduction of Nuclear arms and W.M.D...Which still today is located in the depths of our nation....
2. The success from our special forces in defeating the government officials and forces in Philippines...Eventually resulting in the unification of our lands...
3. This in turn helped us gain access to U.S.A previous military equipment..As well as food support for our once famished nation......
Well..Anyway despite this amazing recovery we are still faced with a few challenges the first being the Muslim problem in the south of Philippines... and the invasion of South Korea...And finally the less minor problem in providing guarantees that Korea shall not go on the offensive again unless provoked.."
With that brief speech a nod of approval was spotted across the hardened
infrastructure, before the secretary of defence kong-jam-sam, started to talk.
"Well I suggest that the Muslim problem be solved reasonably quickly before it gets out of hand....Whereas the other problem I also suggest we intervene."
"I see.......However I believe that our current military is still relatively outdated and therefore I believe perhaps we could get some concessions in order to continue our military expansion......Therefore we will not be seen as the aggressor as in.... previous wars....."
With that final remark, the people located in the room nodded collectively before they were signalled to leave and commence operations....
