OOC: I know there is already an International, but I wanted this for EARTH II ONLY. THIS IS FOR EARTH II ONLY. This is like the RL Comintern was, but instead of the USSR as head its the UASR.

Nations of the world,
There are many capitalist and imperialist nations out there who wish to destroy the freedom we have aimed to create. I wish to form this Communist International to combat those nations. The Communist International will, by all available means, including armed force, for the overthrow of the international bourgeoisie and for the creation of an international Soviet republic as a transition stage to the complete abolition of the State. We must unite comrades, or face destruction. United we stand, divided we fall!

Thank you for the invitation. I'll bring this issue up in our governmental conference tomorrow. As this is a big issue I'm not allowed to decide it myself. The president is busy, but he'll be available tomorrow at the conference.

Okay, before we decide if we will join this communist alliance, CominTern, we must know a couple of things:

Is the goal of this alliance to declare war on all capitalist states and by military power force them to give the power to communist states?

Or is this an alliance where the communist nations join together in a military alliance and defend the other members in case of an attack?

The CominTern is a defensive alliance. However, if a Capitalist nation intends to invade a sovereign nation not in the CominTern then we shall react with force.
