I can send my Troops, but not to fight, but to seperate the fighting parties

The Party has declared its interest in this conflict, but before taking any action, we need to have all the facts.

Such as, how many soldiers are engaged in each side of the conflict? We also need to know things like geographical conditions. The Party also requires information about the civil situation before the civil war erupted, in terms of economy, liberties, etcetera.
