The Posse Comitatus
The foundation for The Posse Comitatus was founded many years before the United States of America fell to its devices. It was formed as a 'citizen militia' in order to keep away the oppressive ways of the American Administration. Now, since the USA has fallen, Fascian citizens, The Czar, and his military advisors have decided to reform The Posse Comitatus (Meaning: The Power Of The Country) as a military and aid alliance for nations in order to keep them as 'the power over their country'. The Posse Comitatus is being founded mainly on Christianity (From Christian Identity to Protestantism) ideals and the like. The following are a small overview of some of our laws, ideals, etc.:
Article One: Member Nations recognizes and respects the leadership of the Fascist Confederacy establishment of a new order. (Sovereignty)
Article Two: The Fascist Confederacy recognize and respect the leadership of the Member Nations in cooperation to form a new order. (Sovereignty)
Article Three: The Member Nations to cooperate in their efforts on aforesaid lines. They further undertake to assist one another with all political, economic and military means when one of the contracting powers is attacked by a power at present not involved in the a war already.
Article Four: With the view to implementing the present pact, joint technical commissions, members which are to be appointed by the respective governments of The Fascist Confederacy and Member Nations will meet without delay.
Article Five: The Fascist Confederacy and Member Nations agree that this alliance will not and does not contradict anyother alliances said nations may be active in an apart of.
Article Six: The present pact shall come into effect immediately upon signature and shall remain in force 50 years from the date of its coming into force. At the proper time before expiration of said term, the high contracting parties shall at the request of any of them enter into negotiations for its renewal.
Article Seven: No Member Nation may engage another Member Nation in battle without the possibility of embargos, sanctions, blockades, or ejection and possibly war.
Article Eight: The purpose of the formation of The Posse Comitatus is to keep a nations sovereignty and to remain and inforce morality within a Member Nation's borders and its protectorates.
Article Nine: The Posse Comitatus supports 'Carnival Law' (An eye for an eye).
Article Ten: The Posse Comitatus at any time, for any reason, upon voting between Member Nations, may call up a Marshall Law call to be invoked on any Member Nation for the following reasons:
1) Said Member Nation has lost control of its people.
2) Said Member Nation has been invade by a hostile foreign body.
3) Said Member Nation has been a recent target of hostile attacks and in need of immediate policing and aid in order to keep control of its citizens and to insure their safety.
4) Said Member Nation requests Marshall Law.
Article Eleven: If a Member Nation is engaged in a war, all Members are highly recommended to help their fellow Member.
Article Twelve: If a nation wishes aid of any kind an inspector will be sent from one of the nations to inspect the actual need of the aid.
Article Thirteen: If a nation requests military aid it will be made immediately available and usable for 20 days (NS). Upon the end of the 20 day period, three days before an inspection and evaluation will be carried out to see whether or whether not the nation still requires aid.
Article Fourteen: If, after the inspection for military aid is carried out, the alliance deems that aid is still needed, the aid will be renewed for anotehr 20 days. Thre days before the expiration of the aid, another inspection will be carried out to see whether or whether not the nation still requires aid.
Article Fifteen: After two inspection for military aid, there is a 10-16 month (NS) waiting period until the aided nation can apply for military aid again.
Article Sixteen: If aid supplies (E: Food, water, weapons, etc.) are traded for peace (If in war) to the hostile nation, the aid is immediately revoked and they are uneligable for aid for the next 3 years (NS).

All nations requesting membership into this finely constructed and new alliance will have a background check preformed promptly and fairly. The Posse Comitatus and Member Nations reserve the right to refuse any nation for any reason it/they see fit.
