With a state of anarchy being declared in Newfoundland, just southeast of Labrador, Layartebian citizens within the area have made countless pleas for order and security. The lawlessness of Newfoundland has finally been brought to order. Layartebian military units have moved into Newfoundland to secure the area for Layartebian citizens. Layartebian citizens who were living abroad in Newfoundland numbered some six and a half million but now the entire area is an expanse of the Layartebian province of Dnalkrad.
