Official Statement from The Rosian Roman Catholic Church:

I, Archbishop Sergei Kreshnech of Rose, is starting a massive evangilist program. I call on Catholics around the world to join me. I call on Priests to start having more masses. I call on the laymen to go to the streets and proclaim that the Lord God Jesus is the Savior of man. I call on the Bishops to rally the Priests who will rally the laymen! And I call on the Archbishops who will ralley the Bishops, who will rally the Priests, who will rally the laymen! Come Children of God, let us rid the Earth of death and replace it with peace. I call on a mass conversion of the world! Who wishes to join me!

We admire your choice of destination, but not your choice of transportation. Although people of any faith are permitted to visit and live this community, we must consider temporarily suspending those rights for TIOR citizens, for fear of attempted missionary 'visits'.

They already see the light; the light of Ra, the teachings of Thoth, the mercy of Osiris, and the goodness of all the Gods. Any 'attempts' to convert to a God that demands misery, on pain of eternal misery, would be most unwelcome.
I have brought the issue before the Council, who will make a decision within the day on whether to allow TIOR passports entry.

Official Statement from The Rosian Roman Catholic Church:

The light of Ra? Ra is but a pagan god. If you mean misery such as having good morals, then by Ra, strike me down. But seriously. The Rosian Government does not support this, so if you plan to suspend the passports of Rosians in your nations, then contact the Rosian Government. For now, they can't restrict us until you make a negotiation with them. Seriously now, do you think you're dealing with a backwoods fundementalist?

If passed, the passports of TIOR will be void only on our soil, of course, we have no means -- nor desire -- of doing any more. Quite simply, visitors will be turned away at the airports, and citizens known to be already inside our borders will be given time to vacate.
Our 'morals' exist. If you are found to be evil, you will simply be destroyed at the hands of Ammit. Our Gods are merciful, however. Even non-believers may enter the Tuat, if they have done no harm to others. Despite our beliefs in the 'immoral', our nation is free of crime, and has been at peace for so long the international community became largely unaware of us millennia ago. Strange that your God should reward the heretics in such a way, unless of course, it is our Gods rewarding us.
Religious debate is the work of scholars and theologists, however. The simple fact of the matter is, our long-standing peace shall not be disturbed by distribution of religious material on a verbal or national media level. If the vote goes in our favour, your citizens shall simply be denied access to prevent any possibility of such an event. Missionaries and religious representatives will then be unable to gain access through open or covert means. Any independent trade by our nations businesses and individuals can be continued by cooperation between our respective distribution companies at border points. We have no quarrel with your nation, but we have no desire to be plunged into a Dark Age either.

Official Statement from The Rosian Roman Catholic Church:

Eh. Well all they have to do is believe God is their savior. If they have good morals this should be easy. Anyway, I have no time for a theological discussion. Because again, if it does pass you need to contact the Rosian Government. It would only be a few Priests that would come, and if you're going to restrict every Rosian because of a few, that's insane. But it is your nation and I am but a spiritual leader. To Lord Kaerek, pathetic race? I don't see you ruling the spiritual or secular world.

Though I support you call to proclaim to Our Lord God that you are a disciple of Him and only Him. I find this still, no matter which way you 'split the pie', so to speak, it is merely an unmoral display of popery to try and convert millions into the rather modernly corrupted papists. -- Pastor Ray Redfairm

I am just a religious leader as well. That is why I have put the matter to the Council. Unfortunately, we as a people are reluctant to trust foreign governments due to their typical opinion of our faith, as demonstrated by yourself just now. As such, it seems likely that this act will go through and remain in effect until they are confident that the risk has died down sufficiently. What would be more insane would be allowing the risk of some form of 'covert' missionaries, aiming to take advantage of our trust.
In addition, we may push for the temporary restrictions to be expanded to other nations, or even the small communities of foreign faiths here, should it be found that citizens of other nationalities are acting on your behalf.

I am President Sergei Ilyanov, don't mind my friend. The Rosian Roman Catholic Church has no connection to Commonwealth. I would also like to state that if you are untrustful of the Rosian Government, then we invite you to tour our Commonwealth. I am sure that after you see what I see everyday, you won't have to worry about us. I am informing Sergei Kreshnech not to enter your nation under penalty of law. The last thing I need is an International Incident. So, will you tour the Commonwealth? Maybe we can further relations.

From the Cardinal of ExCathedra to his Excellency the Archbishop of Rose.

The Roman Catholic Church of ExCathedra sends its greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We would be happy to assist you in spreading the word and in bringing about a renewal of the faith. In our secular world which has given itself over to all things immoral, the light of faith must be shown to all of mankind. In Jesus plan for salvation, He desired that all people come to know Him and see Him for who He truly is - their creator, their saviour and the source of pure love in the world.

We have already begun to educate our population in their faith through Scripture Studies and Fellowship meetings. We have begun the practise of reinstating the Latin mass at our beautiful Cathedral of St. Pierre. What other international evangellical methods of spreading the Word did you have in mind?

Greetings fellow believer,

It has come to my attention that you are starting an Evangelist program. We would be more than delighted to send missionaries to other lands, but none will be required in my homeland, as the entire population is Catholic. I look forward to preaching the Word of God along side you,

I am he who the people of this community elected to be the earthly representative of the great and wise Horus. As leader of the Council this entire situation has been brought to my attention by the Council members, who are currently discussing whether to ban TIOR citizens from entering our national borders. Such an alarming restriction of rights troubles me, but if the Council members and the Grand High Priest deem it necessary I am inclined to follow their recommendation.

An official visit to your nation may annoy certain Council members, namely the Defence Representative, but I could use it as a legitimate reason to freeze this vote before anything comes of it. If I can bring back sufficient reason for them to vote against the bill then a possible incident may be avoided. I will arrange for such a visit to occur, if it is still an acceptable move. There is a law somewhere which states I must travel with five medjai guards if I leave the country; though it's been lying in disuse for many centuries I will still have to act on it, if only to satisfy the Council members. They will be unarmed, of course, except for bladed weapons if permitted.

I look forward to visiting you, or indeed, leaving the country at all for a short time. Deserts are beautiful places, but you start to lose your appreciation for them when they are all you ever see.

The 'standard guilt trip', as you put it, is agreably not an effective method of spreading the word, nor is it even Christian in itself. Jesus did not want followers who loved Him out of fear. He wanted people to follow him out of love. He wanted reciprocal love between Him and His disciples. We must not preach of guilt and condemnation, but of love and gratitude for He who gives us all things good. I believe that this message of peace and love is radical in and of itself in our world, but the means of delivery must be well thought out. It must start as an internal event within our own countries before spreading to our regions and then the world. God be with you in your endeavours.
