OOC: noble hierarch, I cannot sit by idly and do nothing, so screw sitting here, I'm sending someone down there (if that's okay with you Corneliu, if not, just ignore this)

IC: 'Zukomee was impatient, all he was doing up here was sitting. As much as I don't like the sharquoi, the hierarchs have decreed we work with them, so the very least I can do is provide some tactical help.

"You six" He pointed at six strike team sangheili, "Your going groundside with me."

The pilots were already in the phantoms, one does not goof off when a gold sangheili is in the area.

The seven sangheili were lifted by the grav-lift, each wondering how they would be greeted, especially by the hierarch...

The bays door's shield faded as it was shut down to release the phantom. The wailing of its plasma engines were heard as it rocketed twoard the meeting zone.

Inside the phantom, 'Zukomee sent a message, hoping to prevent them from being blown apart,

My bodyguard and I have decided to come to this council, we shall be arriving shortly

I hope it's good enough....

3-To assisst incase anyone goes crazy again(which I hope doesn't happen)

IC: "'Zukomee, the hierarch is hailing us" one of the elites said inside the close quarters of the phantom. 'Zukomee, who hadn't even left the communications system was already listening to it. "No hierarch, I shall not let my fate be decided by sharquoi that I will not see, I am going to be at the council"

A concentration of our space fleets on his ship yards will rid us of that problem, then you say that we will have dislodge him from a planet? Thrashia has only infantry besides her fleet, our millions will sweep over them, and with the added help of all allies. Once we have destroyed his fleets our control of space will help the ground by bombardment, and even shields cannot stand up to all punishment given to it," Alabar said quietly. IC: Under orders from IA, the Prophet of Anger's entire fleet was told to be assembled here. Because of there isolation so long, most of the ships were just frigates, but a covenant frigate was still a worthy foe.Almost a mile away from the rest of the fleet, thirty-nine slipspace ruptures came in, making the illumination of a small sun. The ships that emerged adopted a staggered formation as they headed twoards the rest of IA's fleet.

'Kasamee was shocked, nothing like this had ever happened before, ever since they returned to known space, the covenant ships had been kept seperate, so to ensure survival, and now, they were all here, but a cruiser and frigate were missing, were they were, only Anger knew...

Planetside:
The phantom hovered a few meters off the ground, so it's cargo could land safely. The seven sangheili dropped out and quickley got into a delta formation. Of course, all weapons were holstered.

As 'Zukomee walked past the sharquoi tank, he felt a tingle down his spine. What was it, fear, doubt, anger?. The covenant who had been sent out centuries ago had very little contact with humans until these past few years, tanks were feared, but not fully feared. At the door way he signalled the black sangheili to halt and stay here. 'Zukomee snorted as he smelled the thick meaty smell of the two sharquoi guards, Well like it or not, you have to work with them.

And with that final thought, he stepped from one battlefield, into a political battlefield...

Weapons were handed out to those who would remain on board, incase this new enemy, this "Galaci Empire" was going to board. "I suggest we aim for a primary nation that we can 'liberate' swiftly, so that we might better be able to establish defenses against any attempts to retake what was lost, yet we must also deal a crippling blow to the enemy's numerical strength as well."

The Unyielding Fist slowly rotated in space, its polybdenum overcoat shining in the sunlight. As the rift opened, there was a flutter in the space near the ship, and the rift violently collapsed. The polybdenum fibers slowly began to spark and fray, and the ship tumbled in circles. "STATUS!" yelled General Thoma. "I don't know sir!" came the reply. "The polybdenum fibers malfunctioned! The computers are online, but the ship is tumbling out of control. Our systems report that the entire starboard side is scorched, and the port side is rapidly heating. We can't take this heat, sir! We mush shed the fibers!" The ship, smoking now, slowly righted herself and explosive bolts popped, jettisoning the now-smouldering fibers. The fibers fell away, and the damaged ship listed to starboard, radiation leaking from its burnt hull and its weapons systems intermittently firing bursts to keep the keel down, as the thrusters were offline. Countermeasure batteries were depleted by the AI's attempts to right the ship and align the magnetic coils in her reactor.

"No, but I will ready our surface forces and the Fleet. Be mindful, if there is a surface invasion, I might suggest we use my tanks as a spearhead, then let eachothers forces follow through. If there is not, then my ship has enough nuclear weapons to slag the nation from orbit, if necessary."

"We also have strong tanks, but they are mostly specialized, as in they are only good at certain areas. But I realize your tanks are quite powerful, as long as my country provides the ground troops, we are very very qualified in our ground warfare." The Admiral said as he began to stand up gesturing with his hands, "From an early age Klingtonian men are taken from their families and taught how to fight in all shapes and forms. They train daily and recieve their first nanobots at this poin applied in the blood stream, as well as a DNA reconfigure to make the future implants eaiser to install. Once they reach graduation the following implants our installed:

Phase 2 -- Ossmodula. This is a tubular shaped organ whose small size belies its complex structure. The ossmodula monitors and secretes hormones affecting epiphiseal fusion and ossification of the skeleton. At the same time, the specially engineered hormones encourage the forming bones to absorb ceramic based chemicals administered in the Marine's diet. Two years following implantation, this will have caused considerable strengthening of the long bones, extreme ossificaiton of the chest cavity (caused by growth of the ribs forming a solid mass of inter-laced bone plates) and a general increase in the size of the recipient's skeleton.

Phase 3 -- Biscopea. This organ is implanted into the chest cavity. It is small, approximately circular and, like the Ossmodula, its primary action is hormonal. The presence of the biscopea stimulates muscle growth throughout the body.

Phase 4 -- Haemastamen. This tiny organ is implanted into a main blood vessel. The haemastamen serves two purposes. It monitors and to some degree controls the phase 2 and 3 implants. The organ also alters the constituent make-up of the recipient's blood. As a result, Marine blood is considerably more efficient than ordinary human blood, as it has to be when you consider the extra biological hardware a Marine carries inside him!

Phase 5 -- Larraman's Organ. This is a liver shaped, dark, fleshy organ about the size of a golf ball. It is implanted into the chest cavity along with a complicated array of blood vessels. The organ generates and stores special 'larraman cells'. If the recipient is wounded, these cells are released into the blood stream. They latch onto leucocytes in the blood and are transported to the site of a wound. Once in contact with air, the larraman cells form a skin substitute of instant scar tissue, staunching the flow of blood and protecting any exposed wound area.

Phase 6 -- Catalepsean Node. This brain implant is usually inserted into the back of the skull via a hole drilled into the occipital bone. The pea-sized organ influences the circadian rhythms of sleep and the body's response to sleep deprivation. Normally, a Marine sleeps like any normal man, but if deprived of sleep, the catalepsean node 'cuts in'. A man implanted with the node is capable of sleeping and remaining awake at the same time by 'switching off' areas of the brain sequentially. This process cannot replace normal sleep entirely, but increases a Marine's survivability by allowing perception of the environment whilst resting.

Phase 7 -- Preomnor. The preomnor is a large implant which fits into the chest cavity. It is a pre-digestive stomach which allows the Marine to eat a variety of otherwise poisonous or indigestible materials. No actual digestion takes place in the preomnor. Individual sensory tubes assess potential poisons and neutralise them or, where necessary, isolate the preomnor from the rest of the digestive tract.

Phase 8 -- Omophagea. This is a complicated implant. It really becomes part of the brain, but is actually situated within the spinal cord between the cervical and thoracic vertebrae. Four nerve sheaths called neuroclea are implanted between the spine and the preomnoral stomach wall. The omophagea is designed to absorb genetic material generated in animal tissue as a function of memory, experience or innate ability. This endows the Marine with an unusual survival trait: he can actually learn by eating. If a Marine eats part of a creature, he will absorb some of the memories of that creature. This can be very useful in an alien environment. Incidentally, it is the presence of this organ which has created the various flesh eating and blood drinking rituals for which the Marines are famous, as well as giving the names to chapters such as the Blood Drinkers, Flesh Tearers, etc.

Phase 10 -- Occulobe. This small slug-like organ sits at the base of the brain. It provides the hormonal and genetic stimuli which enable a Marine's eyes to respond to optic-therapy. The occulobe does not itself improve a Marine's eyesight, bit it allows technicians to make adjustments to the growth patterns of the eye and the light-receptive retinal cells. An adult Marine has far better eyesight than a normal human, and can see in low light conditions almost as well as in daylight.

Phase 11 -- Lyman's Ear. This organ enables a Marine to consciously enhance and even filter certain types of background noise. Not only is hearing improved, but a Marine cannot become dizzy or nauseous as a result of extreme disorientation. Lyman's ear is externally indistinguishable from a normal human ear.

Phase 12 -- Sus-an Membrane. This flat, circular organ is implanted over the top of the exposed brain. It then grows into the brain tissue until completely merged. The organ is ineffective without subsequent chemical therapy and training. However, a properly tutored Marine may then enter into a state of suspended animation. This may be a conscious action, or may happen automatically in the event of extreme physical trauma. In this condition a Marine may survive for many years, even if bearing otherwise fatal injuries. Only appropriate chemical therapy and auto-suggestion can revive a Marine from this state -- a Marine cannot revive himself. The longest known period of de-animation followed by successful re-animation is 567 years in the case of brother Silas Err of the Dark Angels (d. 321 M.27).

Phase 13 -- The melanochrome, or melanochromatic organ, is hemispherical and black. It functions in an indirect and extremely complicated manner. It monitors radiation levels and types bombarding the skin, and if necessary sets off chemical reactions to darken the skin to protect is from ultraviolet exposure. It also provides limited protection from other forms of radiation.

Phase 14 -- Oolitic Kidney. This red-brown and heart shaped organ improves and modifies the Marine's circulatory system enabling other implants to function effectively. The oolitic kidney also filters blood extremely efficiently and quickly. The secondary heart and oolitic kidney are able to act together, performing an emergency detoxification program in which the Marine is rendered unconscious as his blood is circulated at high speed. This enables a Marine to survive poisons and gases which are otherwise too much for even the multi-lung to cope with.

Phase 15 -- Neuroglottis. Although the preomnor protects a Marine from digesting anything too deadly, the neuroglottis enables him to assess a potential food by taste. The organ is implanted into the back of the mouth. By chewing, or simply by tasting, a Marine can detect a wide variety of natural poisons, some chemicals and even the distinctive odours of some creatures. To some degree a Marine is also able to track a target by taste alone.

Phase 16 -- Mucranoid. This small organ is implanted in the lower intestine where its hormonal secretions are absorbed by the colon. These secretions initiate a modification of the sweat glands. This modification normally makes no difference to the Marine until activated by appropriate chemo-therapy. As a result of this treatment, the Marine sweats an oily, naturally cleansing substance which coats the skin. This protects the Marine against extremes of temperature and even offers a slight degree of protection in vacuum. Mucranoid chemo-therapy is standard procedure on long space voyages and when fighting in vacuum or near-vacuum.

Phase 17 -- Betcher's Gland. Two of these identical glands are implanted, either into the lower lip, alongside the salivary glands or into the hard palette. Betcher's gland works in a similar way to the poison gland of venomous reptiles by synthesising and storing deadly poison. Marines are rendered immune to this poison by virtue of the gland's presence. The gland allows the Marine to spit a blinding contact poison. The poison is also highly acidic and corrosive. A Marine imprisoned behind iron bars could easily chew his way out given an hour or so.

Phase 18 -- Progenoids. There are two of these glands, one situated in the neck, the other deep within the chest cavity. These glands are important to the survival of the Marine's chapter. Each organ grows within the Marine, absorbing hormonal stimuli and genetic material from the other implants. After five years the neck gland is mature and ready for removal. After ten years the chest gland becomes mature and is also ready for removal. A gland may be removed any time after it has matured. These glands represent a chapter's only source of gene-seed. When mature, each gland contains a single gene-seed corresponding to each zygote implanted into the recipient Marine. Once removed by surgery, the progenoid must be carefully prepared, its individual gene-seeds checked for mutation, and sound gene-seeds stored. Gene-seeds can be stored indefinitely under suitable conditions.

Phase 19 -- Black Carapace. This is the last and the most distinctive implant. It looks like a film of black plastic when it's growing in the tanks. This is removed from its culture-solution and cut into sheets which are implanted directly beneath the skin of the Marine's torso. Within a few hours the tissue expands, hardens on the outside, and sends invasive neural bundles deep inside the Marine. After several months the carapace will have fully matured and the recipient is then fitted with neural sensors and transfusion points cut into the hardened carapace. These artificial 'plug-in' points mesh with features integral to the powered armour, such as the monitoring, medicinal and maintenance units. Without the benefit of a black carapace a Space Marine's armour is relatively useless.

Phase 20 -- Ampoules. These organs can sense electromagnetic body emissions from any living entities. It can also detect tempetures.

Phase 21 -- Motissures. This organ detect any movement within 5 feet of the soldier. They also detect air pressure and wind speeds.

Phase 22 -- Air Sacs. These air sacs will actually store extra air, that way the soldier will have air when he exales, making it much more difficult for him to lose his breath.

Phase 23 -- Gill Slits. These gills are placed onto the soldier to allow him to breath underwater.

Phase 24 -- Cardio-Kick Heart. This is basically an extra heart that is formatted like a humming birds hear, this organ can be activated by the soldier as in extra kick when he begans to get tired, it also allows him to speed up his movements. It is not active all the time, onle when needed.

After this time, they are given their battle armor. Which is basically a computer connected with the soldiers body, it is like a second skin. The Armor has several layers of armor in it and can change into a batttle mode, and a formal mode. It is also connected to the Klington Battle System or KBS which is a very secreat system which is classified to the point where I cant tell you how it works, but what it does. It hooks up with a super computer in our country, and basically acts as the internet does, it connects all soldiers together. If one discovers something, the others can learn of it. They also gain guidence by our super computer. There are measures taken to keep secret information from going onto the KBS, and so far it has been succesful. Thats why I think Klington soldiers would be perfect for this job." And than the Admiral sat down.

OOC: I was asked to help by Sith just to let you know.

A distress call echoed throughout the dark empty gaps between the stars... it was from Unified Sith to a race far out on the Rim... they were know as the Shadows.

Near the borders of Shadow space a Vampire Scout Cruisers lurked cloaked between first dimension hyperspace and real space.

It heard the echo of the Unified Sithian request to the Shadows, they wanted help and would offer the Shadows their customary fee for their help.

1) A single favour to be asked at any time

2) 5% of any captured live enemy to be transfered directly to Shadow controlled space.

This call was relayed to 'The Eye' by the Cruiser, within minutes it had instructions direct from the ShadowLord. 300 Battlecrabs with full Spitfire compliments and 40 Vampire Scout Cruisers headed off via hyperspace to the Unified Sithian meeting point as specified in the distress call.

Colonel Veers stepped off his transport and walked down the hallway the same as Admiral Alabar had. He didn't understand why the Admiral wouldn't take the message himself. But then orders were orders. Veers turned a corner and came before the conference chamber. A servitor was standing outside it.

"You, servitor. You are to deliver this to your master Corneliu. My Admiral express his deepest apoligies. Good-day." He handed the servitor a thin capsul with a messege inside.

Without looking back he marched back to his shuttle and went back into space to his Shadaum-cruiser.

OOC: the letter is only known to Corneliu, so no one else can say anything about it until he tells everyone else.

*Messege to Corneliu from Emperor Shadaum*

My friend, I must ask your forgiveness for not sending aid quicker. But I am afriad that I cannot lend you military aid at the moment as planned. I am under the strain of other activities at the moment and as yet cannot risk taking my fleets away from my homeworld.

Pikmin Prime

OOC: internet problems, couldnt get on.

IC: The Pikmin ambassador entered the meeting room via matter rearranging, and, as he entered, spoke.

"I believe we cannot crush the Empire. It is a nigh-impossible task to undertake. However, I do believe we can crush the Sith. Perhaps we can stop the infection at the head. Our fleets are primed, well, as primed as they will ever be, and prepared to enter Sith space at any possible moment. I advise we move quickly, lest they find out our plans, and act accordingly. Also, I advise that any weapons that can destroy a planet, or at least the shell thereof, be utilized. Perhaps, failing all, we can fire at Coruscant and destroy it. I also believe that we should muster support openly, as soon as we begin our campaign. Perhaps actively recruiting nations that may not have heard of this meeting will swell our forces. Also, how do we intend to keep civilian damage to minimum? We go to free, not to enslave or destroy. Perhpas we must lure the Empire into an open space battle, because, if we take humanitarian values into account, we shall surely lose on ground."

He sat down on the floor, and the leaf atop his head began to fold slowly into a bud, and then, once done, began to ever-so-slowly, flower out.

Though late, the nation of Monocanjh would like to be invited to these talks. The nation of monocanjh has not yet developed effective means of picking up transmission easily but are also afraid of the Sith threat. Though a small, still developing nation to your standards, the Monocanjh Consortium would like to offer all resources at our disposal to stopping the Sith Threat.
