The Holy Empire of West Pacific is a large, populous nation consisting of hundreds of charted islands with estimates showing that there may be hundreds more that has not yet been charted or named. The Military focus’s one a well maintained Air Force with the F-22 Raptor making the backbone of the Air Force. The Navy is well funded also and the Army is not far behind. Nuclear Weapons are kept in a small stockpile throughout the nation but the West Pacific Code of Government Regulations strictly defines when they can and can not be used, to use Nuclear Weapons is to admit defeat, and that is something that West Pacific does not do.
The Thousands of Islands are utilized by the government as a source of income, dozens of government owned resorts dot these Islands, guests include a family on a weekend stay to foreign dignitaries staying for weeks or months on behalf of their government. This forms an important source of revenue for “shady” government dealings, research into new and questionable fields, anything from new planes to experimental medicines.
Any nations seeking to establish government buildings in West Pacific must fill out a JX-72 Request Form. Requirements are as followed.
If seeking to establish a consulate.
Nation must have a population of at least 50 million peoples.
Nation mustn’t have taken part in any human rights violations.
Nation mustn’t be allied to any “hostile” or previously “hostile” nations towards that of West Pacific.
If seeking to establish an embassy.
Nation must have a population of at least 120 million peoples.
Nation must be able to prove that no human right violations have taken place in country within the last 30 years.
Nation mustn’t be allied to any “hostile” or previously “hostile” nations towards that of West Pacific.
