Southeast USA celebrates defeat of Liberal extremeists, sets sight on future.
Although fighting continues in the eastern regions of Southeast USA, citizens came together for a week of celebrations held by the Ultra-Right Coalition currently leading the nation's government. Various KKK and Facist rallies were held across the regions. Celebrating included discriminate slander towards liberals, foreign peoples, and non-Christian religions. Reports of minorities and liberals being tortured and killed were common. The Government did nothing, it's leaders seeming to enjoy it.

The week ended with the opening of a brand new 45,000 seat Baseball stadium in the city of Birmingham. Ambassador Deed spoke before the opening pitch of the newly formed Confederate Baseball League: "The opening of this National stadium is a step towards the bright and safe future of our people! I ask our citizens to stand up, and join together along with our Political Party Coalition! We have defeated the majority of the liberal rebellions, but our work is far from over. And to maintain a state of peace and safety we must be ready to protect our ideals and beliefs from those around us that want to bring us down!" Ambassador Deed was most likely speaking about the recent military buildup and security advances.

At a more serious meeting of politcal officals later that day, the main point of conversation was international influence and funding of rebel forces. "We have intelligence reports of some suspicious nations that threaten the daily safety of our people and country. We are still discussing the action we should take against these third world scum," addressed Doug Handon, a party offical for the Ku Klux Klan.

The Government in Southeast USA must pledge to make reforms protecting the rights of minorites, non-christians, and foreigners in country.
If these terms are not met then the government in Southeast USA will be held responsible for the deaths of our citizens. You have one (RL) day to respond, four carrier tasks groups are being diverted from their original patrols and will rendevous near Southeast USA in three (RL) days.

As I will shortly be announcing to the world, Slaytanicca was among the nations funding and aiding the Liberals against the fascist coup. Should you go to war with the nation of Southeast USA within the terms you have given, we will pledge our support of your action and make a declaration of war. After many meetings amoung the security council and defense adminstrations, the government released the threats from the West Pacific to the Southeastern USA media. Ambassdaor Deed spoke of them, explaining the current situation to the public:
"Not only are these accusations of being a racist, hate-filled country laughable, but the fact that this nation and many others think they have power over our government and people! Never once have we funded or backed a program of discrimination! It's the international community and power hungry nations such as the West Pacific that cause hate towards a single community! Nations such as the West Pacific and all who stand by them must be stopped from their mad rampages! In reply to their demands, I think I speak for all Southeastern American Confederates when I say this: We will do no such alterations to the way we run our government for the sake of you!"

The offical telegram sent by the Confederacy of Southeast USA however read as follows: The KKK branch of our political coalition is currently searching for the bodies without much luck. They were most likely killed in celebration, and bodies probably scattered throughout the city. I am sorry, but I do not think a returning of the bodies will be possible. Any investigation you may want to launch can be done IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY. No international militaries or citizens alike will be allowed in our nation.



A Liberal Party offical was seen on T.V. not long after the comments were released, bombs and gun fire could be heard in the background: We are grateful for the international community currently backing our campaign against this oppressive government, however we hope that these great nations can notice that not all Southeast Americans are on board with this government, and wish that they do not punish the American people for things they did not do. To the international community: Please, do not punish the nation for what only some in the country are doing! Be logical about this and keep an invasion organized! The Liberal Democratic Party will support any military action taken against the GOVERNMENT, but not the nation itself."

"The majority of our troops are already stationed on the coasts because of the liberal uprisings, but they won't do us much good unless our beaches are invaded." spoke General Schneider.

"I'm sure they will, unless they choose to paradrop." replied Kevin Johnson, the military spokeman for the public and media.

"Paradropping is too risky these days... I'm sure with their strength in numbers they'll take their chances with the beaches. Our patriot missile and AA defenses are readying as we speak, and we're going into our reserve divisions to guard the cities from liberal scum. They'll take the chance to attack while we're on high alert."

"Any chance we can send our Navy to meet theirs somewhere off the coast?"

"What Navy we have has already been deployed. Unfortunately we put our funding into domestic security, army, and the draft.. Our Navy would get crushed if we tried to make a stand..."

"It's settled then... we buildup coastal defenses, and send our best troops to guard cities and military installations. We'll leave the rest to the Chancellor.."

Ambassador Deed: Chancellor, I suggest we do some amending to our political coalition...

Chancellor: I agree... we came on too fast... We weren't ready for international involvement... If we are invaded and taken out of power, I want some of our officals to peacefully lead the Conservative Party in the future. We must keep some sort of presence.

Ambassador Deed: Partnership with the KKK and Nazi parties must be kept secret in the future, too. We need to start thinking about having the people accept us, not making the people accept us. That way nobody will have an arguement against us.

Chancellor: Exactly. The Decha must retreat to somewhere safe until this blows over. If I am killed or am no longer able to lead, you will be my succsesor.

Abassador Deed: Thank you, sir. I am honored. The elite Decha soldiers will hold this stronghold until the bitter end if need be. I will make sure we live on into the new ages.

General Sandecker walks into a conference room. "Mr. President, we have recieved a telegram from SEUSA."

The President takes notice and dismisses his assitants, once they are out the door he asks the obvious question. "Well, what does it say?"

The General starts reading. "Well sir, it basically says that they are sorry about our dead citizens, they would try to find the bodies, and to piss off."

"That is the gist of it then?"

"Yes, sir, um, what are your orders?"

The President takes a couple of minutes to think about this. "Well, what is the status of the Carriers?"

"They are still three (RL) days out, they could get there within 2 and a half (RL) days if they went to flank speed, but I would not recommend it, they would have a hard time detecting subs with the amount of noise they would be making."

"And what about our subs?"

"The WPNS Gibralter will be arriving on station within the hour sir."

The President's trademark grin starts to spread across his face. "Well, shall we deliver a new ultimatum? Tell me, what is the schedule for events in Birmingham's new stadium?"

"Why sir, I do not know, um I could look into it if you would like." The General answers, not knowing why the President is asking.

"Yes, please do, when you find out get back to me."

"Yes sir." The General salutes and leaves the room. Leaving the President to ponder what to do on his own, yes this was why he was chosen to lead the people of West Pacific, because he could see dozens of ways to attain a solution to any one problem. He had faced off against the finest minds that West Pacific had to offer and he had crushed them, defeated the Socialist when they rose up in armed rebellion, taking a good portion of the army with them.Yes, he was in his element, he would figure out a quick end to this problem.

"Captain!" yelled an officer wearing bright yellow raincoat, hat, and boots.

"Sir! We just got orders to move the first fleet into a defensive position along the coast and to send out patrol forces into the Gulf."
"Alright then... make sure the troops are on high alert. This could be it. Keep your eyes peeled!"

Many coastal cities were on fire from heavy bombing during the Liberal rebellions. Military bases rose out from the debris. Defensive buildups could most likely be spotted by spy planes and recon satellites.

The United States of Shalrirorchia protests the militant moves of the West Pacific. President Tarumigan Gistarai, leader of the Democratic Party of Shalrirorchia, denounced the moves towards violence as premature.

In a related story, the U.S.S. also approved economic sanctions against the fascist government of Southeast USA in protest of that country's repression of liberal political ideology.

Major Sellers knew what this meant, even if the skipper of the sub did not. He was to take his squad of 40 men and their 8 minisubs up into Mobile Bay, ditch, and then take seperate routes and rendevouse in Birmingham in 1 (RL) day. No weapons were to be taken, each man had enough jewelry on them that they would have no problem exchanging them in a pawn shop for enough money to buy the weapons of their choice. Their mission, unknown, they would be informed via the satellite phone Mjr. Sellers had when they met in one (rl) day in Birmingham.

The terms set fourth will not be met except for those already being addressed. That is our final word. No negotiations will be made while The West Pacific orders around and threatens our nation.

Although Mobile Bay was one of the most secure and guarded areas along the coast, the currently garrisoned troops would have no way to spot the mini-subs. If spotted they would have most likely been fired at and soon ignored anyway. The stationed troops were to be on alert for something much bigger and would probably not give much care.

Secret IC: All nuclear development and research as well as military installations are beginning to be emptied out. Large, heavily secured cargo caravans have begun loading and carrying all supplies to un-disclosed locations through the air and on the ground. Rumors have also sparked that the space program has shut down and the chancellor has gone into hiding.

"Sir."

President Griesler looks up to see that General Sandecker is standing at his desk. "Well, what is it General?"

"Sir, we have a new message from Southeast USA, they are not budging and refuse to allow us to conduct an investigation into those responsible for the death of our citizens." The General sets down what appears to be a schedule of sorts. "Here is the schedule for that new stadium in Birmingham that you asked for."

The President studies it for a few minutes. "So, their baseball team has a road trip coming up, five days without a home game."

"Yes sir. But about our men in Birmingham. We got a SATCOM-6 call from Major Sellers about 15 minutes ago, all his men made it on shore quickly and took buses or cabs to Birmingham. Most of the men have managed to buy weapons from local gun stores or pawn shops, a couple had just arrived in town when he called, he says that they should be ready to go by now. Shall we tell him to proceed?"

"Yes." The President answers after a couple minutes of thinking. "Tell them that if they are captured they are to confess to being liberals seeking to revenge the murders of their brethren in Birmingham. Actually, when you make the call transfer it to me once he connects on the other end."

"Yes Mr. President, I will go make the call now."

10 minutes later the Presidents Phone rings.

Griesler: "Yes?"

Sandecker: "I have Major Sellers on hold, shall I transfer him?"

Griesler: "Of course, you know how expensive these SAT calls are."

Mjr. Sellers: "Mr. President."

Griesler: "Major, you are to carry out executive directive 147-J-42Alpha, do you understand?"

Sellers: "Yes sir."

Griesler: "Also, there has been a change in plans, if captured your men are to confess to being Liberal Rebels, not West Pacific Army Special Forces, did you understand that?"

Sellers: "Yes sir, but I would not worry about being captured, once all hell breaks lose we will bolt as soon as possible."

Griesler: "Yes, but be sure to mention it to your men. Good luck to you Major."

Sellers: "Sir, my men are some of the best trained men in the world, luck is for the weak, we will complete the mission according to the time table, you just make sure the Navy lets us back on board when we are done."

Griesler: "Consider it done major, godspeed."

OOC: Looks like I didn't need to contrive a reason after all..

OOC: Sorry, meant to post this last night, I kind of forgot.

IC: Major sellers stood on a corner overlooking the Ku Klux Klan party headquarters in Birmingham. It was no secret what was inside, the banner of the front clearly stated what the building was, and the new government was never gonna bring them to trial for the crimes they had committed, but that did not matter, in a few hours the building would be a war zone. Three of Sellers men walked up, concealing their MP5's under their jackets, which also covered the bullet proof vests they had on.

"Sir, the men are ready, within five minutes of your signal we will storm the building, the men with the Submachine Guns (19) will go first, followed by the men who got the shotguns (12) followed by the men with the scoped rifles (9) who will set up in the top floors."

"Good, let's start it then."

Four minutes and 34 seconds later the 19 men with SMG's, mostly MP-5's, walked up to the doors to the KKK HQ, suddenly, before anybody knew what was going on, five men had already bursted through the doors and were firing their guns at anyone who moved. People outside started to panic, the men with the shotguns and rifles started rushing towards the building to get inside before the police or military were informed. Within minutes the lower level was secure and troops were moving up the stairwells to take the next 10 levels.....

(OOC: Believe me, my ideals are nothing like my nation's. I live in the South, and this was meant to be a joke against all those "Southern Pride" neo-confederates around here that still wish they won the civil war. :p )

IC: Being the KKK's party headquarters it would've been common sense that the building was very secure. Panic rooms in the core of the building would immidiatly be put into use except for those on the invaded floors. The security stationed at the entrances would have no time to react unless a guard would've been able to find some cover and ready his pistol. Alarms would soon be sent to all military and police personel stationed in the area. With reports that the intruders were heavily armed, Riot Control and SWAT teams would be called in. However, it would take some time before such squadrons could arrive.

The first on the scene would be basic police officers. The building would be surrounded by police cars and helicopters of the police department, military, and media stations alike. The police officers on the ground would grab shotguns and sniper rifles while keeping their bodies behind barracades and vehicles. "Let 'em fly, boys!" yelled one of the larger officers holding a shotgun. He was most likely an officer, who's command would release extreme amounts of gun fire at the building's window's and doors. 15 officers armed with shotguns would make their way to the entrance continuing their fire their entire way there. They would blow windows, metal siding, or even the floor just to make debris. Casulties were not a factor.

Meanwhile, at the nearby elite Decha Knight stronghold, Ambassador Deed spoke with Kevin Johnson.

Ambassador Deed: Probably the liberal scum making a last stand.

Kevin Johnson: ..Are you sure, sir? I don't see the liberals attacking the KKK party headquarters..

Ambassador Deed: It's not important right now.. What's the status of the Dechans?

Kevin Johnson: They'll be ready in a moments notice if needed.

Ambassador Deed: Keep them on high alert... We'll see what these terrorists can take, first.

Kevin Johnson: Yes, sir.

OOC: Sorry about the delay, I have been quite busy as of late.

IC: Major Sellers and 24 of his men had secured the first four floors by now, unfortunately most of the people in the above floors were in "panic rooms" by now (OOC: I assume you would be referring to the movie Panic Room, only larger to hold more people.) and only a few guards were still resisting. The men quickly swept through all 10 floors, Major Sellers posted two men on each level who would check in every 15 minutes, if they did not respond it would be assumed that they had been overpowered by the survivors and men would be sent up to those levels.

The response time by the police was slightly faster than expected, within minutes of the attack the first units were on the scene, however their tactics seemed to merely make a mess rather than kill, shooting out windows with shotguns, any pellets that made it through the walls and desks the men were using as cover would not even be able to break the skin. The men with the rifles could penetrate the walls but unless they got out some large caliber machine guns their odds of hitting anybody were slim to none.

Within one hour Major Sellers had men on the roof and top floors with large caliber hunting rifles, on the Major's orders they would start hitting the police with sniper fire. Suddenly and rather unexpectantly a police officer who looked like he could wrestly a bear led the men in an organized attack on the front of the building. Major Sellers hollered an order to his snipers, "Get those men moving forward before they reach the entrance!"

The Snipers on the roof started firing at the offices moving forward and at those covering them from behind their cars. Then Sellers' communications officer yelled to him over the radio. "Sir, it seems that some sort of elite military unit which has it's barracks just down the street has been called and might move on us soon, they still think we are just a bunch of liberal terrorists."

Major Sellers: "Link me through on the scrambled radios to our fleet off shore."

CO: "Ok, done sir, Admiral Graham on the line ready to talk to you."

Major Sellers: "Admiral, this is Major Sellers, I am in the KKK party HQ here in Birmingham, we are taking heavy fire and I need you to help out."

Admiral Graham: "I have recieved no such orders to aid you in any way."

Major Sellers: "I know, but we ran into some complilcations and we need assistance ASAP or all my men will likely die within hours."

Admiral Graham: "What do you need? Keep in my mind I make no promises to help out."

Major Sellers: "One block away from here their is a barracks for an Elite Southeast USA military unit called the Decha Knights, if they are informed of what is going on and ordered to attack we will not be able to hold out long. We need you to put a missile on their barracks ASAP, the coordinates are as followed: (I have not been trained to know something like that, let's just say I gave the exact coordinates. :P ).

Admiral Graham: "Ok, I will put one UGM-109A Tomahawk on that building, it will take a couple minutes to program the missile, the missile will make impact in about 50 minutes."

Major Sellers: "Thank you Admiral, my men and I will try to hold out for as long as we can."

Admiral Graham: "You are aware that I could face a court martial for this, right?"

Major Sellers: "Sir, if I survive I will take any and all consequences for your actions from here until my men are either dead or back onboard your ships. I assume you recorded all this."

Admiral Graham: "Of course."

Major Sellers: "Then you should not have anything to worry about. Thank you Admiral."

Admiral Graham: "Just make sure you get home. Safely, call back in one hour."

Major Sellers: "Yes sir."

Moments later a UGM-109A Tomahawk Cruise Missile took off from the FFG-Fitzgerald en route to the Decha Knights Headquarters in Birmingham.

Admiral Graham: "EXO, take the helm, I need to make a sat-call to the President."

EXO:"Aye sir."

Admiral Graham: "Hello Suzie, is the President in his office?"

Suzie: "No Admiral, he is in a meeting with some representatives from Red Jeezum Central about our transition on our new region."

Admiral Graham: "I need to speak to him now, I don't care who he is talking to, tell him we are at war, that should get his attention."

Moments later the President picks up the phone.

President Griesler: "Now, what is this talk about war? I have nor heard anything about any formal declarations of war."

Admiral Graham: "Sir, Major Sellers' operation in Birmingham ran into some unexpected problems, in order to save him and his men I authorized the launch of one cruise missile to destroy the barracks of a nearby military unit that could have ended his operation before he was able to succeed in completing his objections."

President Griesler: "First off, how did you know about his operation? You were not briefed with that information."

Admiral Graham: "Sir, nothing happens in my fleet without my knowing."

President Griesler: "Ok, that makes sense, so let me get this straight, you launched a missile on another nation's military unit without my express permission to do so?"

Admiral Graham: "Yes sir, I am drafting my resignation right now if it is of any consolation to you."

President Griesler: "That will not be necassary, I suppose war was inevitable when they refused to accept our terms. Admiral, you have my permission to use whatever forces you have at your disposal to ensure that Sellers is successful. I will have my staff start drafting a formal declaration of war on Southeast USA, god speed Admiral."

The President hung up without even waiting for a response from the Admiral, his meeting with regional delegates was over, he would now start making immediate war preperations.

Oh yeah, sorry about the long ass post, I wil try to make them shorter in the future.

Snipers began to position themselves across the street from the KKK Party HQ. Some would target the riflemen of the West Pacific at the top of the building while the others aimed at the windows, scanning for any movement or life that would be visable.

About 10 minutes later the first SWAT teams and Riot control would arrive on the scene. Armored vehicles would take position around the building and would be used as cover for scouts while squads of 6 SWAT team members would prepare their equipment. The group of police officers armed with shotguns would make their way inside the main entrance, although their numbers had been lowered by sniper fire. They would most likely be able to overtake anyone positioned in the large room to guard it.

"Stay in this general area. We'll secure this level for the SWAT teams. Look for survivors!" yelled one of the officers in the group. Outside, more snipers would setup around the armored vehicles for protection while Riot Control started to unload heavy machine guns from their trucks. At about this time, Helicopters had gotten close enough to the top of the building to open fire on any West Pacific soldiers that were visable. The first military troops on the scene arrived in transport helicopters making their way towards safe dropoff spots on the roof.

Radar and weapons detection centers located along the coast of Mobile Bay picked up naval activity and the cruise missile fired minutes earlier. The men stationed there had no way to protect themselves from such an attack and began to panic. Kevin Johnson had been alerted not long after.

Kevin Johnson: "Keep coastal defenses on high alert, this may be the early signs of invasion."

Station Commander: "Yes, sir. And the naval threat?"

Kevin Johnson: "The airforce is being alerted as we speak. They will protect the coast. We have good AA defenses here in the city, and should be alright."

Station Commander: "What's the update in Birmingham?"

Kevin Johnson: "The National Guard should be able to handle it, and will be on the scene very soon. The rebel scum don't know what they're in for. They're trapped."

Station Commander: "Indeed. Such pathetic suicidal radicals."

Kevin Johnson: "Mhm.. but I'm recalling the Decha Knights from getting into it. The National Guard should be able to handle it by themselves. And the Dechans have a new threat to worry about now, anyway... Remember, Commander. Protect those beaches! Over and out."

(OOC: Yeah, the panic rooms are similar to those. Security Cameras, weapons, First aid, food, etc, in them. There's about 1 per floor.)

Major Sellers surveyed the scene and did not like what he saw. The SWAT teams had already showed up 30 minutes sooner than expected and the use of Armored Units was not expected at all. His riflemen on the top floors had taken out seven of the men who were coming towards the front doors but then they started taking fire, two men were dead and two more wounded, leaving five men on the roof and top floor to cover the entrances, but they would be of little help as they were stuck in a very slow, drawn out sniper battle with men in the opposing buildings.

For some reason the police kept moving forward, Major Sellers could not figure this out, then he remembered his cover story, he and his men were supposedly under-equipped, under-trained rebels who would be easily frightened by the gunfire that was only running up the bill that the government would have to pay to clean up the mess they were making. A couple of his men had cuts and scrapes from broken glass but nothing that would stop them from fighting. Major Sellers had men ready to poor a wall of lead on anybody who tryed to come through the front door.

The explosion was one of the loudest Major Sellers had ever heard, any glass that was not already broken shattered instantly, the whole building shook, men who were standing fell to the ground. That meant three things: A. Admiral Graham came through, B. The Decha Knights were one thing that Sellers did not have to worry about, and C. West Pacific and Southeast USA were likely in a state of war, regardless of whether Southeast USA knew it or not.

Admiral Graham recieved new orders VIA Satellite. He was to blockade SEUSA, as effectively as possible with his limited forces. Six more Carrier Groups were being dispatched to SEUSA to make for a total of 10 Carrier Groups. Once they arrived he would assume full command of both fleets and be in overall command of West Pacific forces in the area.

The national guard troops were just about to make their way down into the building from the helicopter transports before they got word of being re-located. "New plan, boys. We won't have military support afterall. Apparently those skinheads are too good for domestic problems." said a police officer is a sarcastic tone. "Ready covering fire!" With that command, the snipers went on the offensive and started throwing lead at the windows even if they didn't have a target. The machine guns now set up on the street below would aswell spray fire across the building in attempt to keep the intruders from getting any shots off themselves. Two teams of SWAT members were now on their way to the entrance. One of the team leaders signaled for the other to take the opposite side of the entrance. 4 members of each group carried sub-machine guns, another with a shotgun, and the last carried specialized equipment. All members carried personal bulletproof shields to guard themselves as they made their way inside.

Once in the main lobby of the building they would meet up with the remaining security and police officers that were stationed there. "Group 2, secure the balconies." ordered the leading officer of the first group who was making their way along the walls towards the hallway which housed the staircase.

The explosion and quake from the tomahawk missile striking the Dechan base caused everyone on the street to pause for a second before returning to their duties. Nobody was sure what had happened, but they new some big would most likely happen soon after. Sure enough, Riots and fights had begun to break out all over the city of Birmingham. Un-organized rebel militants and loyalist citizens had launched attacks against eachother. The explosion at the Dechan Stronghold was at first thought to be another terrorist attack, and had caused a state of chaos. Even far-leftists who had tried to stay out of political affairs would wave red flags and march in the streets chating and screaming thinks like, "The Revolution has come! Fight, brothers!"

The actual damage at the Dechan Stronghold was bad, but not so much as you'd think. Only the center of the large compound was struck. And the most well protected at that. An estimated 170 victims were reported at first, including Kevin Johnson who was currently in the Dechan Stronghold. However, Ambassador Deed was well on his way to Jackson by this time.

Ambassador Deed was under much stress now, and had begun talks with his Generals and even sent a message to Admiral Graham offering a cease fire. It read as follows: "I am in a tough position, Admiral and I would like to ask that you call of any planned attack to make room for negotiations. My associates and I will gladly meet with you and other West Pacific leaders on your ship to discuss these matters further. I feel that we may be able to make better progress in person. Domestic problems have become overwhelming and I see room for compromise that may help both of our nations. Please see this request for a cease fire through."

The Ambassador followed up with another message to his top Generals: "The country is on high alert. All public control, and domestic guard services in and around Birmingham are to assist in the suspension of current civilian uprisings. Birmingham will be put under Martial Law, and the city evacuated. Zero Tolerance."

Admiral Graham looked down at the note an aide had just handed him, it would seem that the plan had worked, Southeast USA was finally prepared to start negotiations. But he could not call for a cease fire, that would have to go through the President. The Admiral immediately grabbed for the nearest phone.

"Lyle!" The admiral shouted into the phone. "Put me through to the President, immediately!"

"Yes sir, transferring the call, it will take a couple minutes for the satellites to link up though sir."

"That is fine, just make it quick."

A couple minutes later the president picked up the blue phone on his desk which meant it was from the Naval Headquarters in Grand Rapids. "Yes?"

"Sir, Admiral Graham here, we have recieved a request for a cease fire from Southeast USA, they are willing to negotiate. What shall I do sir?"

"Your sure this is legitimate? It is not a feigned cease fire meant to give them some time to re-organize and attack?"

"Sir, they hold all the cards in country, but if we tell them that it is actually our men in Birmingham and not some rebels it should give us a chance to get those men out of there before to many more die. And sir, we are getting some casualty figures from Birmingham."

"Well, don't keep my waiting Admiral."

"Sir, it appears that five police officers are confirmed dead, the strike on the Decha Knights Barracks killed 170, including Kevin Johnson, our own losses number eleven dead, several more wounded."

"OK, inform them that the terms of the cease fire are acceptable and that we will be air-lifting our men VIA helicopter within the next couple of hours."

"But sir, they don't know that these are our men in Birmingham, they think they are terrorists."

"Well them tell them that these are our men and that we are going to extract them."

"Yes sir."

Once the fighting in Birmingham ends we will send in helicopters to evacuate our men from the KKK HQ and the hostages will be turned over under a flag of truce. If our helicopters are fired on while retrieving our men we will destroy another of your military elite's barracks, killing any who may be in them at the time. We are not trying to dictate the terms of this cease but berely stating what will happen if our helicopters are attacked during the cease fire. Our helicopters will also be under fighter escort.

"Entrance of helicopters and escorts into Southeastern USA airspace has been denied. For entering our territory illegally, attacking our nation, government, and it's citizens, as well as other war crimes, they will be taken under our control until after our negotiations." - Ambassador Deed, High Command of Confederate Defense.

The streets of Birmingham were now crowded with civilian populations and riot control, as citizens were herded, rounded up, and translocated like cattle to Concentration camps setup specifically for this purpose. Any protesters and/or rebels were shot on sight, as the government took no clain for losses under martial law. Dechan Knights had been preparing for this night for a long tme. The plan had been worked out many times, and had finally been put into action. The City was in Chaos, as Civil War had broken out. Flames lit up the city sky, as the sounds of gunfire, screams, and explosions echoed through the debris filled streets. Barracks would be constructed in the road for the government working in the area. Police, Riot Squads, SWAT teams, Volunteer Militias, and even the Decha Knights were busy probing every square inch of the city for tratiors and proclaimed "Terrorists". Armored blockades were put into use, as well as major defenses for the temporary strongholds.

The Two SWAT teams in the KKK HQ seeking out the West Pacific soldiers were under orders to restrain and take the enemy captive, but only fire if fired upon first. Those stationed outside of the building now sat at ease, no longer spraying the building with fire. They would stay in position though, making sure that an escape by the West Pacific soldiers was impossible.


The Liberal Demoratic Party of Southeast USA had decided to stay out of the current turn of events, although protesters would arrange outside of the Capitol in Jackson City. "The current revolutionaries and militia men fighting in Birmingham are not offical Freedom Fighters, and are not associated with us. The West Pacific has distorted our image by attacking civilians in an urban setting, and we would like to clear up the fact that we are in no way responsible for the attacks on Birmingham, or any of the rebellions." - Liberal Offical.

Southeast USA agrees to Cease-Fire!
Rioting breaks out in country, citizenry under arrest for trying to run to super market and get food for their families.

AP- Rioting and looting has broken out in Southeast USA, the country is quickly descending into a state of Civil War, said one man: "It is getting dangerous out here, I got hit with a brick for trying to buy some milk and then chased by some officers in Riot gear, luckily I was able to hide in an ally and make it home safely."

Under orders from President Griesler himself Major Sellers and his men in Birmingham surrendered to Birmingham police, but the President did issue a stern warning, "Our men are to be treated with every bit of respect that are due to men and women alike as human beings, proper shelter, a bed, three meals a day, if they are harmed in anyway the harshest of penalties will be placed on the government of Southeast USA, our Carrier in the gulf is ready to recieve the party from Southeast USA that will be negotiating terms for the safe removal of our men from Southeast USA."

In other news, the economy is back on the rise after a 1% decrease in the tax rate, the government has been desperately trying to revive the economy after the sudden drop that took place several months ago, however the head of the watchdog group Economics of the State said that their is still much more room for improvement. "We feel that the public has gone blind to the fact that their has still been a 5% net increase in taxes over the past couple of years, we must lower the taxes to further spur the economy."
