Many in the Outside world believe that the Sultan ran the Ottoman Empire as it sole power. But this was an understatement; the House of Viziers and the Parliament were working in behind the scenes to make sure that Ottoman Empire will live another day intact. They pass the budgets and voted on issues that needed to be approved. But a new foes had arose in to the East know as Manchu China and another foes to the west, had made the House of Viziers very paranoid of what next is in store of the Ottomans.

“This meeting of the House of the Viziers is here by started let us discuss the issues that trouble the State.” Said Grand Vizier Mehmed Pasa Sokollu, the head speaker of the House of Viziers and second in command of the Ottoman Empire.
“We must discuss the grow threats to our very existent by western and eastern imperialist powers, we must act in order to save our people and the states that we have give protectorate ship.”Said Vizier.Yazid III Bin Umayyad
“We cannot trust our eastern foes to completely stand down they waiting for the right opportunity to attacks and the western foes can never be trust they very like the British Empire during the 1800s, they waited for us let our guard down and then take over slower by slower our land.
