After a vote in the Alliance Chambers recently the Ottoman Alliance has announced it will be offering to send troops to non-member states who require Ottoman Allaince assistance in the defence of there borders, the alliance will also assist those who require help austing oppressive dictators. All cases will be reviewed individually. In a speech the Celtayoshi Representive, who currently heads the alliance said, "Today we move forward, and will help to protect those who call out for help, we will be there in their darkest hour, let none who need our help be turned away." He went on to say that the alliance expects only favourable trade and military aggreements in return for forces being deployed. These forces will always be under Ottoman Control.
