Lords and Ladies,
It is my distinct pleasure to offer to you the great pleasure of competeing in the Tourament of the Oleander. Bring your noblest Knights, and your bravest squires. Lord and landholder, peasant and squire may compete for the handsome prize of 40,000 pristine sapphires.
The tournament will include:
Mounted Joust
Archery
Seigery
Sword & Shield
Sword & Mace
Long Staff
And finally,
The Grand Melee
The winner of each event will receive a handsome prize, with the grand prize granted to the last man of the Melee. I do hope you will join us for this wonderful event.

OCC: The tournament will be held over the course of the next 7 days. Day zero (this evening) will be the greeting ceremony and feast. Day one will be the Sword & Shield Competiton, with a new event each day. Nation Characters will win based upon random number generation. Each event will be open to the first 25 players to respond upon the event announcement or all players after one hour if less than 25. Each player may either publicly or privately send a series of 3 numbers between 0-9. The nation with the closest combination of matching sequential numbers wins, with ties being randomly determined. Any nation interested in attending, need only to reply with number of attendees and events they are interested in. This is a fantasy setting, but magecraft is strictly regulated during the tournament. The penalties for cheating are severe.
