Ooc- I never RPed withdrawing the 1-2 million men sent to help Sevaris a few weeks ago in the event he was harmed in Maryland or Delaware by other forces then opposing him. Exact figures will be as soon as I dig up the link to the thread. Hold tight.

All Mississippian military units in the territories of Delaware and Maryland have been placed on full-alert and ordered to "Oppose and counter any attempts at Sevarin movements west towards the Federations territories."

Ooc- Oh, and Sevaris, your units have never seen anything that constitutes real combat, my units vary in experience from 5-21 years of combat experience, it doesn't matter that you have 3 times as many men, if you pick a fight in Maryland, you'd lose. It's the Somalian factor, you may outnumber us by so many, but that doesn't really matter in the end, numbers are nothing, quality is king. Anyway, we'll eventually move west back into Federation territory, once we're certain you and Tyrandis aren't planning anything.

Ooc- Forget this, I'm going to have a mod lock this. I had my declaration of war post already typed up, but talking to Sevaris over MSN, he refused to do a closed RP war with just DA vs Sevaris, he demanded to have handfuls of allies against just me who would get no allies (Gee... Sounds real fair, eh? Anyway, I basically said, "If it takes 10 of you to take me, what does that say, you're scared" he kept denying it, so I said forget this, I'll rescind the order of divine right just to shut him up)

By new recruits who had never seen battle too. Don't talk about no Somalian factor. Experience and skill help, but I've seen firsthand how that can be beaten.
