"Hello citizens of the Confederacy, Commonwealth, and nations abroad. As of three months ago, me and my wife, Katherine, found out of the circumstances which have come about. The Czarina is pregnant with a young boy, the Czarevich of the Confederacy. This is a wonderful time for the Commonwealth. It is a time of rejoice and praise to Our Lord And Savior for blessing us with this wonderful miracle. He shall be my heir and new Czar of the Grand White Autocracy upon by death. In recognition to this, I have issued a Confederacy wide announcement. All schools are to be closed until December 8th; And, all work hours are reduced to a maximum of 3pm until December 8th. The time that parents and children are off is symbolic and a time for rejoice and spending time with your family. I wish you all to be merry. God bless."

Well, nice that that Cazarina is pregnant and all, but what about your countries economy? With all people being limited to work as long as usual, some people who are financialy struggling will be harmed by this act you have proclaimed. And if people can not work later than 1500 Hours (Sorry, I just love Military time), then what about the people who work night shift? Or people who work at the Grocery? How will they make a living? How will people get their food?

Well, Sorry for my Jack-assyness, but I need to point out this potentially fatal flaw in your works.

Also stated in said pamphelt is the fact about 'grave-yard shifts'. People working at night during 'CP' will work a maximum of 10 hours a night during 'CP'.
