We the Proud peoples of SerriaRomeo and with full premission of our benveloant dictator Serria, Do wish to enter into a contract for a term of not less than 3 years and not more than 5 years to update our miltary and police forces with modern weapons. As our most modern weapon as this point is a Catapult for long range attacks and a sling shot for close in support. We have been told by captured spies that a new type of weapon is avalible, something called a gun. :sniper: (as our benvelonant dictator does not fully belive these rummors,:headbang: I have been tasked to provide a few samples as to show him the usefulness of them.)

We are a poor country, however we shall use what resources we can provide to pay the debt that we would be incurring in full.
