The World Humanitarian League (WHL) is an organisation dedicated to stopping the massive humanitarian crises in this troubled world. Its activities will include, but not be limited to, providing food and medical attention in disaster areas, combatting epidemics, and setting up hospitals and schools in thrid world nations.
We believe that this organisation can be a force for good in the world, and we believe that the world needs an organisation to carry out these goals. This is a non-military organisation, and as such will not require soldiers or armament.
We hope that this will truly become a power in the world, transcending boundaries of race, religion, and social class.

Nations joining the WHL must:
Provide at least 0.4% of their income tax revenue to the organisation
Make joining to work for the WHL a career option in their country (wages will be payed from the WHL funds)
Make the WHL a registered charity in their nation
Refrain from human rights abuses, especially genocide, in their nation
Not use the WHL as an excuse to go to war
Have a WHL HQ constructed in their nation

The WHL will:
Not force itself on any nation who refuses to allow access
Provide disaster relief and other humanitarian aid
Not discriminate against people regardless of race, age, sex, religion, sexuality, political affiliation, or basically anything else

If you feel that this is a worthwhile cause but don't want to join, we would appreciate donations of money, medecine, vehicles, etc.

Unfortunately, we must decline your offer. As we said, nations must refrain from human rights abuses if they wish to join this organisation. If you discontinue these abuses, and allow all races under your sovereignity equal rights, we will reconsider.

The Allied States of Axario would like to join. We would very much like to be able to help out those nations in need.

After much deliberation, we have decided to let both Axario and The Burnsian Desert join the organisation. However, as we have never heard much from either nation, we will be keeping a special eye ot for human rights abuses.
We apologise for these measures, but we feel that they must be taken.

As a token of goodwill, The Burnsian Desert will supply and maintian 400 M1A4-RCFF Modified Abrams Tanks strictly for the WHL. These tanks are remote-controlled firefighting vehicles designed to withstand extreme temperatures.

King Michael McLeod will happily join this well-intentioned and noble cause, and also wishes to offer an initial budget of $1 trillion from the national reserves to help get the league set up and running.

I am not going to give out orders: if you see something which needs WHL attention, and no other member has responded yet, respond. Do it in the name of the WHL, so that we don't end up all operating in the same area. We must "divide and conquer", with less conquering and more helping.

This idea behind this alliance is a very important one, therefore we will join. As a present to the government of Taldaan we offer them a permanent 10% off in the Israeli Arms Storefront. We are planning to buy some ambulance vehicles soon, so we will be making a donation to the WHL of them.

We will be very happy to allow Sanctaphrax into this organisation. We thank you for the discount, also. We are sure you will be a very useful member of this.
