As People bring wheel-barrels of money into bakeries, the value of the Ruple in Czech has gone from 21 to 1USD to 64 to 1USD. This is considered a national crisis, as the military, needed to hold the occupied areas of Yatsyr, is slowly defecting due to lack of supplies and pay.

We ask for any economic help in this time of need.

The Constitutional Monarchy of Pergast offers it's own troops in place of the occupying forces in Yatsyr to free up men to work the fields. Also, we offer 1.5 billion in USD, FOR THE ECONOMIC RECONSTRUCTION OF CZECHO-SLAVAKIA ONLY, to be repaid when convenient.

Czecho-Slavakia you should ask other communist nations to assist you and never allow other nations that have different forms of governments than your own occupy any of your land holdings. Though as a communist nation SROR offers its support in the lands in question and can help with your recession

but, we cannot allow foreign troops into an area we have hardly secured. none of our men had defected, as our nations patriotism is very high, but low pay and no supplies had demoralized them.
