The navy brass of neo Sephrioth had orded their engineers to build a stealth dreadnought.
They had thougt about just modifing an arch angel class dreadnouhgt but decided to make an entirely new vessel.
The first design was a large battleship with 200 20 pound guns, 200 CIWS turrets and 200 cruise missile launchers. But that was rejected, due to the high cost that would be involved.
They planned to invest billions in the project, so they hoped it would be worth all this work.
They decided to name it the titan.

If the Democratic Imperium of Praetonia sells such powerful battleships to Neo-Sephrioth then it will be considered an act of war against Catapoia. You know that although you have a good chance of winning, it will cost hundreds of thousands of lives. You shouldnt gamble those lives away so lightly.
