The SovietRepublicofRussia announces that it is seeking funds for the ICSSA space agency in buying technology and equipment for a space expedition to new planets for future settlement. ICSSA which is the International Communist/Socialist Space Agency which offers membership to any communist, socialists,or liberal capitalist nations.
