The HoE has approved an all-citizen vote(excluding Anvorbuodans, whose citizenship has been suspended) on the issue of mandatory nakedness. Also, the HoE has banned the term "nude" or any word derived from it(nudity...).
An majority of 51% or more will require all citizens to dump their clothes and go about everything completely naked.
The two Earls who proposed the idea have stated their opinons as thus:
-they oppose pronography
-they oppose legalizing public nakedness(They feel that unless everyone does it, it doesn't make sense)
-they say that non-human animals are naked and some have no fur, so humans should too
Sel Appa's climate rarely has any temperatures below 65 Degrees F (about 18 degrees C), so there is little concern there.
