OOC: Wow, nice work dude. Hardheads found a pic of the Ulyanovsk (http://home.ripway.com/2004-1/59012/ulyanovsk2.jpg) if you want.

OOC: You might want to work on those prices a bit.
Even in its current state, Russia would not sell its surface vessels that low.
Heck, China paid $750 million each for its Sarich destroyers (though a list price was $425 million has been stated for the original version), and an Orlan should probably be in the range of twice that.
The cost of the completing the Varyag was estimated at a whopping $2.9 billion.
I've seen a listing of $750 million for the Barracuda.

Though I can't think of the costs for the other vessels off the top of my head, rest assured that almost everything should be at least 4 times what you list (in the case of carriers and submarines), or 75 times (other surface combatants).
Only the Kondor is being sold at even half of what it should.

Another problem you have is that there aren't many individuals who know of the Russian designations. You'll do a lot better if you give the NATO designation with it. Otherwise, people won't bother since they have no clue what you're talking about here (and don't think that many will click on your links just to find out-most will just say forget it).
