Admiral Samuels sat at his desk aboard the USS McQunintin going over the numerous Coalition Forces, he picked up the secure satellite phone and began to make calls to the other leaders within the Coalition so that a meeting would be formed for invasion plans.

Imperator Valteen the I read his evening reports. He read a paper that his secretary wrote down earlier from Admiral Samuals. He read it over specifically and pushed a button on his desk and a small moniter came from his desk and the videophone turned on to his secretary.

"Yes Tonya, could you phone back and Admiral and tell him that a Capital Fleet head by the Super-Dreadnought Scipii is now in route with about 60,000 troops. It was going to be used in another invasion but it did not go through.

Hello Admiral Rhodes, Admiral Samuels of USRWC. As you know Tailva has still not mobilized...but that means nothing. I believe for the best turn-out...our Captains...Vice Admirals..leaders of this invasion should meet and plan for the invasion as a cooperative. The more informed we are of each others movements, the less chances of friendly fire and less casualties to be had.

Telegram from GP Grand Admiral Yamato and PP Admiral Yamamoto III:
TO: All coalition forces.

Before any invasion can take place, a proper bombardment must take place to ensure the saftey of our landing troops. It will provide them with time to land and get setup, rather than having to fight right out of the boats. My ships can reach all shore defence implacements, and all supply routes leading in. We already have targets picked out, and are waiting for the order. We have roughly 100 battleships, times 9 barrels equals 900 shells per volley. Just give us the order.

OOC: If it's ok with everyone I'd like to just pretend that we're gathered and discussing plans

IC:
Grand Admiral Yamoto, it is agreed that a bombardment must take place first, however there are approximately 10, or more, naval fleets positioned here. We must decide what bombardment is to happen, and who will do the bombarding.

The Empire of Dumpsterdam will support any actions taken against Tailva, they are agressive, warmongering and downright stupid.

We will give the coalition full access to our satelite network and should military assistance be required we hope that our aid is called for.

Alfarius Damocales,
Imperial Councillor,
Minister of Defence.

Admiral Johnson: "Well i wish Golencia was informed earlier. It saddens me to say but we've had our Marines in control of their ports. They landed a day or 2 before this meeting took place. We have about 20,000 Stationed there, so if everyone permits i'd kinda like to get them outta there before any big bombly blowuppy type thing happens."

The Admiral looked at all the coalition forces and then added: "The Emperor sends his thanks to all who are here and helping him. He should arrive in a couple of hours to represent the country then i must leave back to my Fleet."

He stopped an waited for a response and wondered "Who's in charge here anyways?"

"Well, don't give up the ports, hold them." said Shogun Yamato. " In response to the bombardment issue, well, we all do it, and hit all beaches and shores, just to be thorough. The more fire power the better. It's insurance that we hit everything. Just steer clear of the ports, those will be invaluable. We can land further troops there, and use it as a base."

"I'd also like all navys to check in with me before taking actions so that we can be a coordinated force rather than a bunch of wandering, headless chickens. Of course, you'll retain control of all your forces, I just need to know where everyone is so we don't accidentaly hit our own ships. That's bad." finished the Shogun/Grand Admiral. "I'm done."

"I propose that Pschycos be put in charge of the naval bombardment, with RightWing Conspirators leading the Air Force Bombardment. Golencia, your men are already there, have them dig in and prepare to lead the invasion." Secretary of Defense Wiltz said over the Satellite conference phone. "If we can be in agreement on this, well...then we can get started and take care of this business. I have flight squadrons ready to go following the naval bombardment. Any other flight squadrons are welcome to join, please refer to General Adams of the Airforce for coordinates and flight plans."

"I think that we should take another form of action than the massive bombardment. This would be costly to us economically, and to them environmentally. I suggest a paradrop behind enemy lines so that we may attack coastal positions without much damage to the environment and our paychecks. Any problems?"
Cherry Ridge

"For those of you who don't know me, I am Archbishop Hughes, Archbishop Emeritus, or the retired archbishop, of Cherry Ridge. I am currently the Supreme COmmander of the military."

"I have a plan. We wait 'till they respond, give them one more chance to surrender. If they deny our request, which they probably will, we bomb the hell out of them. Give them another chance. This will be our last warning. If they don't agree, we naval bombard them, then paratroopers jump in, at the same time as other army units hit the beach. Hows that sound?" he said.

The Golencian Emperor Arrived. "Hello to you all, my Admiral has infromed me of the situation. I usually would have my younger brother Archbishop Aragon in charge of the Military, but he's more into Dilomacy. Eitherway, I agree with Cherry Ridge, only 1 thing i'd change. Instead of Bombing the hell out of them, bomb enemy positions and if they still refuse to surrender then We attack head on, beggining with bombardment and Amphibious Assaults with a side fo Paradrop." The Emperor stopped looked around and then continued,

"We ask that when we take control, whether by force or their own surrender, Golencia be given full control. We have in the past made threats of Govermental reform only now we see the chance to act on it. This is what we plan:

If they surrender without Force:
King keeps his throne, but the Government goes uner reform and becomes a Constitutional Monarchy.

All Members of the Coalition either:
Establish Embassy
Establish Base
or Insert Inspectors.
The Military will be limited to an agreed amount at all times.
They are forbidden to develop Nuclear weapons.

If we use Force:
King is overthrown, a Democracy is placed in exchange.
Coalition Members get what strikes their fancy.
Uranium Mines are shut down or taken control by the coalition.
All Trade is watched and must be approved.
Strict Military Limit.

If we get pissed:
Golencia takes full control of the Nation making it apart of the Holy Empire.

We are open to discussion and changes in this.

There is only one problem with not proceeding with bombardment to a full extent here, Tailva has remained silent and their troop strength still unknown to us. Even though we are such an obviously overpowering opposition, we want to have as few casualties as possible. A heavy bombardment is very important to the safety of our men.

They only have about 70 million in their whose country, we can take them easy. we can only paradrop once aaa emplacements are destroyed. I recommend using tomahawk cruise missiles for this.

It appeares all of our forces are ready. All navies will open on all possible beaches, followed immedeatly by an air strike a little deeper in. My own EB-52s will be participating (stealth B-52s ;) ). My own ground soldiers, as well as any one else's will follow in an invasion. Sound good? We just need to wait for Tailva to respond.

Is it pumpkin or apple pie? Maybe cherry?
Golencia

"well actually" The emperor rolls in a cart. "There's a pie of each flavor here.....HANDS OFF THE CHOCOLATE PUDDING PIE!"

On a more serious Note:
"The Golencian Marines occupying the Ports have planned to sink ships so no one should place a boat that runs over 10 ft into the water. into their docks"

In the unlikely event that anyone cares what my soldiers look like, I'll tell ya. Basically, they have on ancient samurai armor backed by bullet proof vests. There is the usual assortment of guns, etc... and of course, the famous sword. All enlisted men have identical black armor, while officers are free to use their own armor as long as you can tell they are PP's. And the ship sinking idea is great.

I call the pumpkin pie, ooh! ooh! Whipped cream too!!!
