Transmission to Nations of NATO
Members of NATO,

It has been with great displeasure, that having been in this alliance for some time now, the inefficiencies slowly have hit the final straw, and I have decided that it is in my best interest to withdrawal Euroslavia from the entire alliance.

I have worked my ass off to try to make this Alliance as successful as possible. When I was first accepted into the alliance by AMF/Sigma/Celack, I felt so honored that I was allowed to be in such a prestigious Alliance. Furthermore, when I was made a Congressional Board member, I was even more honored, and pledged that I would do my best to make things efficient.

It seems as though my efforts have fallen on blind eyes. My proposal for peace between the NWO and NATO was largely ignored by NATO. It just doesn’t seem like anyone was really interested in what I had to say.

The Congressional Board has become extremely inefficient as well. I have been trying to get things active again, and not a single Board member has replied to my latest responses in 5 days now, I believe. I proposed amends to the entire infrastructure of NATO, but the Founders don’t seem to be interested in getting involved in it (no offense to them, I realize that they haven’t been as active lately).

I also believe that NATO has largely been a ‘fad’ Alliance. A lot of the nations joined because their friends did, or because they are followers of AMF (again, im not dissing AMF. I find him to be a very respectable person, and he cant help who follows him).

NATO is still recruiting members, and that’s fine, but we’ve never really been ‘aligned’ together. NATO hasn’t really done anything with the full support of all of the members, and hasn’t really done what Alliances do.

The situations that NATO has been involved in do not exactly make me proud either. The entire CM/DA situation was embarrassing. This was the first action of NATO, not even as a whole, and it did a lot to damage our reputation among the entirety of Nationstates.

I would still like to pursue individual alliances and relations with nations in NATO.

His Isselmerian and Nielander Majesty's Government is saddened to hear of the departure of Euroslavia from NATO. We understand their reasons and hope that one day their opinion of the alliance will change so they may return to the fold.

Dear sir,
I applaude this decision of yours to withdraw from the ranks of NATO, an alliance divided and therefore one paralyzed by its division. I must admit that we of the Greif were more than concerned with your dual membership in GDODAD and NATO, and the eventual reprecutions that such a spread of loyalties could entail. Therefore, by resigning from the one, you have lifted a great weight from our collective conscience, and solidified your position in the other. We do sincerely hope that this development will signify your heightened participation within the ranks of GDODAD. There is much work to be done, and amongst us, effort is always duely respected and awarded. Once again dear friend, congratulations on your wise decision. May the light of The Maiden guide you.

OCC: This is rather Intresting, We belive this is the best Move on Euroslarvia's Behalf, NWO pushed very hard for Peace.

Euroslavia has decided to make more moves to open itself to the public, whether it was an opponent of NATO, or if there were mistrust between NATO and specific nations. We are hoping to make a fresh start with the entirety of the world.

Aust congratulates Euroslavia, and would like to point ouut that no one has yet resigned from the RWC.

I would say that Iuthia is mildly impressed by the wisdom shown in these actions. We've always felt it was inevitable that something like this was going to happen and we are happy that Euroslavia, communist or otherwise, has finally gotten out of what is quickly becoming a over-weight immobile alliance.

We hope that our relations can be rebuilt to what they once were, even with the newer form of government being in place.

What exactly is it that worries you about the NWO alliance?

I imagine it's members in part... not to say everyone in the NWO is concidered undesirable by the Iuthian government, there are certainly a few which we wouldn't want to touch.
