Neuvo Rica is looking to make a new communist pact. This come after the old fascist government of neuvo rica was deposed and replaced with a communist regime.

The nation is still in a somewhat weak state and is looking to expand foreign relations with other communist nations and to rid the world of the past evils.

"I am Emperor Shadaum IV, I rule my Empire with an iron fist and would consider a fellow despot a good ally. Shall we have an alliance?"

You do realize that the only reason you have a country is becuase of capitalism? How do you think your machinery was made? Who do you think made it? Who created the plans for them in the first place?

Jesus, you communists can exist as far as we are concerned, but please, please, PLEASE try to remember the simple fact that without capitalism, you have no country, no economy, and probably no peace and order.

The world's economies are too inextricably linked to knock down EVERY capitalist regime. Sheesh. Get a clue.

OOC: Actually, nations can exist without Capitalism - Capitalism is merely an economic system whereby goods and services are sold at a profit. One of the arguements of Communist economics is that everything is sold at the production cost, thereby ensuring that there is no unequal movement of income from a profit incentive (lowering worker's wages, Directors taking bonuses etc.) I'm not saying that there are not arguements for the other side of that, but I am pointing out that a communist nation can exist without capitalism, as capitalism is merely one type of economic system.

The communist nation of the SovietRepublic of Russia supports this communist pact and wishes to join its crusade against capitalism and facism

[OOC-Agreed, HOWEVER, you forgot to make the one distinction that is important in this case. He's advocating the forceful overthrow of every system that isn't communist. No way that the global economy could survive that. This would basically destroy his nation, with the influx of refugees angry militaries, and the lack f anyone to export to or import from. Plus, he's shown nothing that differentiates his country from all the other socialists that love to claim to be "C0MMUN1272! 01011010!"]
