Hrstrovokia

The Soviet State of Hrstrovokia has struck a deal with the Federation of KommelianBerg to transfer Thrace in western Turkey over to Hrstrovokian administration.
Negotiations on the venture, which have been going on secretly for many months until last night when we recieved word from President Karr of his agreement, and so I approached the Secretariat to siphon off 3.5 Trillion Gil in funding for the appropriation of Thrace.
The deal will see 3.5 Trillion Gil, 90 Million Tonnes of Iron and 250 Million Tonnes of Uranium going into the hands of KommelianBerg, with a guarentee of market privilege in Hrstrovokia for KommelianBerg export products, and mineral and fishing rights over the Black Sea and Bosphorus go their way too.
In return, Thrace will now be integrated into the Soviet State as the 9th constituent republic. Control of this vital strip of land on the edge of the European continent will allow Hrstrovokia passage from the Black sea through the Bosphorus to the Aegean, Mediterranean and Atlantic. We believe that in the interests of our economy, unchallenged travel through these areas is unquestionable, and as a major member-state of SocAlComm, allow the HAF to participate in it's operations world-wide.
I will travel to Istanbul, the new adminstrative capital of Thrace to meet my counterpart President Karr in a formal exchange of power and witness at hand the celebrations as the Soviet State expands eastwards.
