Dear World Leaders,

Last week a unidentified plane was spotted over Große Gewehren (see attached image 1). The defence minister, fearing for our country's safty, had the new anti-aircraft guns (see attached image 2) production increased. A note to all countries - if unidentified planes are spotted they will be shot down.

On a lighter note, Große Gewehren is accepting offers for the design of new anti-aircraft weapons (preferably heat-seeking missiles).

Any country wishing to join Große Gewehren in a defence network should let us know, this alliance will promote the exchange of weapon plans and tactical data.

OOC: That plane is unidentified! I can't even see it! :)

I might suggest equipping your ground crews with better technology, our pilots are equipped with state of the art technology and to shoot them down would be a very large mistake. As my airplanes travel over many countrys, most likely even yours, you may want to make sure that your ground to air connections arent jammed.
