Are you selling oil refineries or oil fields?
Refineries themselves don't "last" for only a few years, as they do not actually extract the crude oil from the ground. It is possible to run a refinery for decades with proper maintenance.

Ah, good point. I retract my previous offer until this is sorted out. Oil fields would be of much more use than oil refineries.

And the oil, supposing you are refering to fields, would last a varying amount of time dependant on the rate of mining. So, it is best to list quantities in millions / billions of barrels.
