The nation of Holy Paradise has just boosted the Risbanian Imperial Space Centre with a $2.75 Billion grant. Holy Paradise has recently discovered a new planet, and Risban will be sending probes to help investigate it under the direction of Professor Graffias of RISC.
Dr. Lewis Hendrite has succesfully cloned an extinct feather-bellied scorpion! The Emperor is now funding more genetic research.
The Emperor has expressed plans to build up Risban's navy.
