i would like to offer you the chance to join me in a partnership in the development of weapons. I myself have many designs from a previous nation of mine i am looking to improve and sell, and i would like to make new weapons also, especcialy with help from one or two other nations. And as i have seen this and your good preparations i think that if we worked together we could well make a storefront together and do very well!

We thank you greatly for showing so much interest! We have several designs still to reach production stage, and would be honoured to work with you. We would certainly be interested in hearing of your new designs; our current aircraft especially are rather old, even obsolete.

We're socialist, but wouldn't mind at least a trade of technologies. We could also put our factories to use in exchange for minerals, if you can sell the kit!

Unfortunatly i have no aircraft, although i have an aircraft engine that i could check is ok(make sure its not superpowered or underpowered) i think its meant for fighters. I have an MBT, an APC, an AAAV on paper(need to put onto PC) and also an amphibious assault ship being designed(on paper) i also have several other designs that i could show you another time. If you would like to see these designs just say.

Wow! Yeah dude, I'd be honoured to work with you on this. Like I said I'm a socialist nation, which might cause problems. I can't see it doing though, really.
I'm modern/near-future, and my nation spends a lot on R&D and Education. Resources/minerals might be an issue but then that's what trade's for :) When I get sorted I'll put how many we can produce and how much we can export given enough raw materials, and we can sort something out if you want.

Also I'm thinking of a poll for naming my armour. Good armour = virtually invincible = IDDQD right? :)

We can sell you our designs for our RB211-524H-t engine it has a range of 12,730 km with a 120-ton payload can support up to 150 tons altitude of up to 12,000 meters and a cruise speed of 750 to 800 kilometres/ hour and the only payment we will require is a technological-partnership treaty

The engine will be used on our plane if suited, and also aid in developing our own, which is currently behind schedule due to unforseen issues. We will welcome scientists from SRoR wishing to work on our projects, and will share our designs and manufacturing processes with your great nation except where it infringes on existing agreements. We hope great works can be forged by this alliance, and believe it will be to our mutual benefit.

We are currently negotiating a sale of exclusive production rights of a number of targeting and AI boards with the emminent Lord Ganja, and a trade partnership with the glorious nation of Vast Principles. We also have a current standing chemical, biological and nuclear weapons development project with Collectible Knicknacks. We feel duty bound to inform you of these agreements before we make a deal.

Alright then we have a deal. The test engines will be sent on one of our AN-124 transports immediately if the Engine suits your needs we will gladly sell them to your nation in accordence with this treaty.

Also would it be possible to enter into those WMD agreements as we have a 750kiloton nuclear ICBM and loads of Uranium and also large amounts of Plutonium which is currently being produced in our secret very large reactor.

Cool! Please send the test engines to the SAI factory south-west of Drakkheim. The testing facilities there are perfectly adequate. With your permission they will be sent soonafter to our research facility in the Northern mountains, where our new engine is being developed. We thank you for the offer regarding WMDs; unfortunately our bioweapons research is jointed with Collectible Knicknacks, and so we are unable to offer assistance there without their permission. Furthermore our own nuclear development program is proceeding with much speed, and we have already produced warheads numbering in the thousands, as well as silo-based and mobile-launcher capable ICBMs. We will of course offer you any assistance requested on the subject.

OOC: You can certainly say you're doing research, but most nations will still ignore nuclear weapons from a nation under 100 mil no matter how well you RP it. Sorry man.

OOC: Yes this i know as they see it as "god moding" no matter how the weapons were attained. But the development of these weapons will be nicely done when pop 100 million is reached.

Thank you kindly! The engines have arrived and we are comfortable that they are more than adequate for our needs. Production will begin shortly, and the designs for our new transport are close to completion. We are negotiating with the third party, and should soon be selling surplus arms on the open market, to reimburse the burden of our overdeveloped production capabilities to our people.

Oh and I've mentioned expenditure on production facilities many times before.. sort of like "we have a small army and use rusty cold-war soviet shit because we spend most of our defense money on R&D, factories and stockpiling resources" or someshit.
